1. The competition promoter is Wilko Retail Limited (Wilko)

3. Wilko reserves the right to change these terms at any time and to communicate the changes to
entrants by updating these terms on this website
4. The competition is open to mainland UK residents excluding employees of Wilko or any other
organisation linked to the competition in any way
5. Only one entry per household will be entered in the competition
6. Wilko is asking users to enter a competition on Facebook and Twitter for the chance to win a goody
bag from Sally Hansen
7. In order to enter on Facebook, entrants must like the LoveWilko page and post a photo of a nail-art
creation in the comment section below the competition post. To enter on Twitter, users must follow
the @LoveWilko account, retweet the competition tweet and reply with a photo of a nail-art creation
and the hashtag #HansenHands.
8. Three winners from each network will be chosen at random to receive an exclusive goody bag of Sally
Hansen products each week. Please note: the colours of nail varnish in the goody bag may not reflect
the ones featured on the competition image
9. The prize must be dispatched to a UK postal address
10. The prize is non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered
11. The competition will run between:
11am on 15.08.2014 - 10pm on 17.08.2014
11am on 22.08.2014 - 10pm on 24.08.2014
12. Any entries submitted after the specified closing time and date will not be eligible
13. Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be eligible
14. All entries are subject to approval by Wilko. Wilko reserves the right to reject any entries and remove
posts without reason or prior notice
15. Wilko will reject entries which are (but not limited to) offensive, abusive, misleading, unethical,
discriminating, defaming or pornographic in nature and such posts will not be entered into the
competition. Wilkos decision is final and no discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome
16. The winning entries will be selected at random by an independent party appointed by Wilko. The
result of this is final and no discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome
17. The winners will be contacted via social media on 18.08.2014 and 25.08.2014
18. The winner will have 14 working days to respond and accept the prize. If there is no response by this
time, Wilko reserves the right to select an alternative winner
19. The winner will receive their prize within 30 days of responding and accepting it
20. Entrants consent to participate in any publicity generated as a result of the competition on entry
21. By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that:

22. Wilko accepts no liability for any harm, damage or loss caused to prizes, (whether in contract, tort or
statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the competition (as far as possible
under applicable law)
23. Entrants must not engage in or be connected with any conduct that may bring Wilko or its products
into disrepute
24. Wilko will not accept responsibility for any late, lost, damaged, incomplete or fraudulent entries,
entries lost through technical fault or for technical problems with the site. Proof of entry is not
automatically proof of receipt
25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales
26. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees and is bound by the terms and conditions outlined
above
