Introduction
The name of our business is delicious date store. This store is online which will
offer fresh dates with wide range of variety almost of 300 including ASEEL,
OTAQIRN, KARBALLAIRN, TOTO etc. Including this we also offer some products
which are made by dates like cake, cookies, jams, lieee(traditional product) etc.
We will not only offer our product locally but we also offer these globally. Our
target audience will be based on 3 segments first one is masses who live far away
from areas where dates are been planted, second are those which are
manufacturers who are producing date palm products and third one are those
masses which are looking for date palm products other than raw dates.
Our delivery system will consist on three parties which are shipment, TCS and
local transportation. Shipment will be used for international order while TCS will
be used in intra city or intra district or intra region orders and local transportation
will be used for within city and for large orders in domestic country.
We will outsource our packaging to ali baba and hire labor on piece work to pack
dates in packaging which is produced by ali baba. To store those dates we will
arrange one warehouse on rent despite of this our whole system will work
virtually on internet.




Execution plan
Initially we will contact with our suppliers with the support of MR Ghulam Akbar
Memon relative of MR Umair Ali Memon in order to know that either they will
sale their dates to us or not on feasible rates and will try to negotiate on quality,
price, variety and availability issues. After that we will try to come in contact with
our key distributors to make sure that they will be partners or will charge certain
amount on each delivery. Moreover we will tend to create some term and
condition with them on issues in timely delivery, charges and safety of product.
Then we will design our web site on wordpress initially. In this web site we give it
certain cultural and national look to attract our customers. We will make it more
attractive by placing photos of our product and also stories tied with them like
from where they came and how they manufactured and grown in fields and also
will tell then from which channel we acquired them. We also provide concise and
clear specifications of our product in terms of price, quality, variety, quantity,
delivery charges, delivery time, mode of payment and return policy.
Then we will go in labor market to arrange our labor on daily wages and create
certain agreements with them to make sure daily availability and also go to
arrange store near market for storing facility where we also pack dates according
to order we will receive.
After all these we will market our business. For that we will use three sources
social media, blog and print media. In social media we will create pages on
facebook and will spread tweets to aware date lovers. Blog will be used as our
official website and we make it interactive by using techniques mentioned above.
In print media we will create brochures and will place them in shop in local areas
and also at traders shops and will place them on walls at busy areas.
In last we will assign roles like financing activities will be look after by ABUL
QASIM, MR JAMEEL will be responsible for order receiving and delivering system,
MR IJMAU will be responsible for marketing functions like maintaining blog and
pages etc and procurement will be seen by MR UMAIR ALI MEMON.
