Feb 2008 till date
Working as Deputy Manager-HR in Crompton Greaves Ltd, an organisation which is around 70 year old
MNC having multi product, multi location presence which is a part of Avanta Group
Worked as Sr. HR Executive, heading HR department of a unit of GOKALDAS IMAGES, a leading ready
wear garments.
Getting the PF& ESI (only eligible) nomination/declaration form filled for new joinees.
Monthly return of PF /ESI
Preparation of F&F settlement.
Half yearly returns of ESI , PF yearly returns
Calculation & payment of Bonus & LTA at appropriate time.
To maintain the discipline of the organization and handling the disciplinary actions like show cause,
warning letters etc.
Arranging for domestic enquiries.
Handling the recognized trade union and its leaders with care.
Monitoring absenteeism, late coming and employee turnover rates
To monitor and update disciplinary issues to Head HR
Timely collection of attendance cards to process salary.
To induct new joinees and to do joining formalities
To issue confirmation of employment, relieving letter, experience certificate, address proof
certificate etc.
Back ground check of employees.
Short listing the candidates for different positions on the merits of the candidates.
Arranging for interviews at different levels
Celebration of Birth Day of employees.
To join hands in the process of salary negotiation with Head –HR.
To interact with employees to make them comfortable at work place.
Sending motivational mails to all employees on weekly basis.
Implementing suggestion scheme for continual improvement.
Implementing Welfare measures.
Looking into the performance appraisals for employees
Monitoring canteen/security.
