Introduccin

Gracias por adquirir Easy Snap HD. Por favor, lea las instrucciones operativas
atentamente para usar su cmara digital correctamente. Mantenga las instrucciones en un lugar seguro despus de leerlas para poder consultarlas en el futuro.
PRECAUCIONES
Antes de usar la cmara, por favor, asegrese de que lee y entiende las precauciones de seguridad aqu descritas.
No intente abrir la carcasa de la cmara o intente modificar esta cmara de
ninguna manera. El mantenimiento y reparaciones debe realizarlo slo personal
cualificado.
Mantenga la cmara alejada del agua u otros lquidos. No utilice la cmara con
las manos hmedas. Nunca utilice la cmara en la lluvia o la nieve. La humedad
provoca peligro de descarga elctrica.
Utilice solo los accesorios recomendados. El uso de fuentes de alimentacin
no recomendadas especficamente para el equipo pueden provocar sobrecalentamiento, distorsin, fuego, descargas elctricas y otros peligros.

2. Preparativos para el uso

Instalando la batera
1. Deslice la cubierta de la batera y brala.
Inserte la batera li-ion en el compartimiento. Fjese en que los contactos metlicos estn debidamente alineados con los contactos del compartimiento.
2. Tras instalar la batera adecuadamente, cierre la cubierta de la batera.
Cargando la batera
Por favor, cargue la batera durante al menos 8 horas antes del primer uso del la
unidad.
1. Apague la unidad y conctela mediante el cable USB al ordenador para cargarla.
2. La carga empieza cuando la luz LED se enciende en color azul. La luz LED se
apagar cuando se haya completado.
3. Desconecte la cmara.
Inserte la Tarjeta de Memoria
La cmara no dispone de memoria interna en la que guardar vdeos o fotografas. Si quiere grabar vdeos o tomar instantneas debe utilizar una tarjeta de memoria SD o MMC (de hasta 32GB como mximo) (Tarjeta no incluida con la
unidad). Apague la unidad antes de insertar una tarjeta de memoria. Asegrese
de insertarla en la posicin correcta. Nunca fuerce la entrada de la tarjeta en la
ranura si encuentra resistencia. La tarjeta tiene un interruptor de proteccin de
escritura para proteger los datos, desactvelo si quiere grabar en ella archivos.

1. Apague la cmara.
2. Quite la cubierta de goma en la
parte trasera de la cmara y ver la ranura de tarjetas SD.
3. Inserte la tarjeta de memoria tal y
como se ve en la ilustracin.
(Para quitar la tarjeta de memoria,
pulse suavemente el borde de la tarjeta).
Formateo de la tarjeta de memoria
Es importante formatear la tarjeta de memoria la primera vez que vaya a utilizarla
en la cmara.
Todos los datos sern borrados, incluyendo los archivos protegidos. Asegrese
de copiar los archivos importantes en su ordenador antes de realizar la operacin.
1. Encienda la unidad y entre en el menu de configuracin.
2. Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para seleccionar la opcin de formato (Format), y luego pulse OK para entrar en el submen.
3. Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para seleccionar la opcin afirmativa y pulse
el botn OK para borrar todos los datos.
Configuracin del Idioma
Asegrese de elegir el idioma y configurar la fecha y hora antes de usar por primera vez la cmara.
1. Encienda y entre en el Men de Configuracin.
2. Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para seleccionar el idioma (Language) y
luego pulse el botn OK para mostrar el submen.
3. Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para seleccionar el idioma deseado y luego
pulse el botn OK para confirmar la configuracin.

Configuracin de fecha y hora

1. Encienda la unidad, pulse el botn MENU para mostrar en panalla el men y
luego pulse el botn Derecha para seleccionar el men de configuracin (Setup).
2. Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para seleccionar la opcin de fecha y hora
(Date&Time), luego pulse el botn OK para mostrar el submen.
3. Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para cambiar el valor resaltado. Pulse los
botones Izquierda o Derecha para mover el cursor entre las diferentes opciones.
4. Pulse el botn OK para confirmar su opcin.

Encendiendo y apagando la cmara

1. Abra el panel LCD para encender la cmara y cierre el panel LCD para apagarla.
2. Tambin puede pulsar el botn POWER para encender la cmara y pulsarla de
nuevo durante 3 segundos para apagarla.
Para ahorrar batera, puede cambiar el tiempo de apagado automtico a travs
de la funcin de ahorro de energa en el men de configuracin.
Cambio del modo de grabacin
Hay cuatro modos de funcionamiento en la cmara, pulse el botn MODE para
cambiar entre ellos.

3.Usando la cmara

Nota: Pulse el botn de reproduccin para entrar en dicho modo.

Grabando un videoclip
1. Encienda la cmara y configrela en modo de grabacin de video
2. Haciendo Zoom: Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para aumentar o reducir la
imagen.
3. Pulse el el botn Obturador (Shutter) para empezar la grabacin.
4. Pulse el botn OK para pausar y plselo de Nuevo para continuar la grabacin.
5. Pulse el Obturador (Shutter) de nuevo para finalizar la grabacin. Si la
memoria est llena la cmara de vdeo detendr la grabacin automticamente.
Nota: Cada vez que inicia la grabacin y la detiene con el botn obturador, se genera
un nuevo archivo de vdeo.
En la parte superior del monitor LCD se mostrar el tiempo grabado.
Cuando la luz ambiental sea insuficiente pulse el botn Derecha/ Encendido y
Apagado LED para compensar la falta de luz con la iluminacin del LED. Si hay
suficiente luz ambiental apguela pulsando el mismo botn una segunda vez.

Tomando Fotografas
1. Configure la cmara en modo de captura de fotografas. El icono
aparecer en la pantalla LCD.
2. Haciendo Zoom: Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para aumentar o reducir el
efecto Zoom en pantalla.
3. Mantenga la cmara firme y pulse el botn Obturador (Shutter) para tomar
una fotografa.
Cuando la luz ambiental sea insuficiente pulse el botn Derecha/ Encendido y
Apagado LED para compensar la falta de luz con la iluminacin del LED. Si hay
suficiente luz ambiental apguela pulsando el mismo botn una segunda vez.
Utilizando el Temporizador
Utilice el temporirzador para configurar un retardo entre el momento que pulse
el Obturador y el momento que se toma la fotografa.
1. Encienda la unidad y seleccione el modo de capturar fotografas.
2. Pulse el botn MENU para mostrar el men de capturas.
3. En el submen Disparo, pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para seleccionar el
modo controlador autodisparador. Pulse OK para acceder a las siguientes opciones:
Desact.: No se usa el temporizador.
Temporizador 2S: El obturador tardar 2 segundos en activarse.
Temporizador 5S: El obturador tardar 5 segundos en activarse.
Temporizador 10S: El obturador tardar 10 segundos en activarse.
4. Pulse el botn OK para confirmar su opcin.
5. Pulse el botn Obturador (Shutter) para tomar la foto.
Grabacin de audio
1. Encienda la cmara y configrela en modo de grabacin de audio
2. Pulse el botn Obturador para iniciar la grabacin de audio.
3. Pulse el botn Obturador de nuevo para finalizar la grabacin. Si la memoria
est llena la cmara de vdeo detendr la grabacin automticamente.

Cuando se muestre un menu, los botones Arriba, Abajo y OK se usan para seleccionar la opcin deseada. El modo de grabacin de audio no tiene men.
Men en modo captura
1. Encienda la cmara y seleccione el modo de
captura de fotografas.
2. Pulse el botn MENU para mostrar el men.
3: Pulse los botones Izquierda, Derecha, Arriba o Abajo para seleccionar un elemento.
4. Pulse el botn OK para entrar en el submenu.
5. Utilice los botones Arriba o Abajo para seleccionar el elemento deseado.
6. Pulse el botn OK para confirmar la configuracin.
7. Pulse el botn MENU para cerrar el men.

Si la opcin de capturar sonrisa est activada, el modo de

deteccin de cara se activar automticamente. Cuando
se detecte una sonrisa la cmara tomar una foto automticamente. [Activar]/ [Desactivar]/ [Cancelar]

Fotos
consecutivas

Use esta funcin para tomar 3 fotografas seguidas.

[Una]: Al pulsar el botn obturador se tomar una foto.
[Continuo]: Pulse el obturador para tomar de una sola vez
tres fotografas seguidas.
[Cancelar]: Cancela la opcin.

Utilice esta funcin para fotografiar un entorno amplio,

fotografinado 180 grados en posicin horizontal y 90
grados verticalmente.

Use esta funcin para sobreimpresionar dos escenas en

Use el temporizador automtico para establecer un retraso desde que pulsa el Obturador hasta que se toma

El men ISO le permite configurar el nivel de sensibilidad de la cmara a la luz del entorno.

Use estaf uncin para evitar temblores al tomar fotografas. Hay tres opciones a elegir.

Esta function se puede usar para aadir una fecha u hora a

sus imgenes. Hay cuatro opciones:
[Desactivar]: No aade la fecha y hora a las imgenes.
[Fecha]: Slo aade la fecha a las imgenes impresas.
[Fecha y Hora]: Aade la fecha y hora en que se tom la
imagen a las impresiones.
[Cancela]: Cancela la operacin.

Ajusta el balance de blancos para que sea apropiada

para diferentes Fuentes de luz. [Auto] / [Da] / [Nublado]

Configura el valor de exposicin manualmente para

compensar condiciones inusuales de luz tales como la
luz interior indirect, los fondos oscuros, o una fuerte
contraluz. El rango de exposicin va de 3 a +3.

Men en el modo Vdeo

1. En el modo de grabacin de video pulse el botn Menu para mostrar el men.
Pulse los botones Izquierda o Derecha para seleccionar el men deseado.
2. Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para seleccionar un elemento.
3. Pulse el botn OK para entrar en un submen.
4. Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para seleccionar el elemento deseado.
5. Pulse el botn OK para confirmar la configuracin y salir del men.

Configuracin del men

Puede configurar los elementos del sistema en el men de configuracin.
1. Encienda la unidad y pulse el botn MENU para mostrar el men principal.
2. Pulse el botn Derecha para seleccionar el men de configuracin (Setup).
3. Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para seleccionar un elemento.
4. Pulse el botn OK para entrar en el submenu.
5. Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para seleccionar el elemento deseado.
6. Pulse el botn OK para confirmar la configuracin.
7. Pulse el botn MENU para cerrar el men.

(Power save)

Para ahorrar energa la cmara se apagar automticamente tras un perodo de tiempo. Hay seis opciones de
tiempo a elegir: [Desact. ]/[1Min.]/[3 Min.]/[5 Min.]/[10Min].

Bip (Beep)

Activa y desactiva el sonido de navegacin por los mens

y el sonido de inicio.

Idiomas

Selecciona un idioma para los menus y otras informaciones.

Configurar fecha

Permite configurar la fecha y la hora de la cmara.

Salida TV

Puede ver imagenes de la cmara en una TV externa

mediante el cable AV. La seal debe configurarse en
formato NTSC o PAL segn sea su region geogrfica.
[NTSC]: Amrica, Japn y otros. [PAL]: Europa, Oceania y otros. [Cancelar]: Cancela la operacin.

Formato

Borra todos los datos almacenados en la tarjeta de memoria si est utilizando una. Se borrarn incluso los archivos protegidos. Asegrese de copiar los archivos
importantes a su ordenador antes de formatear.

Configuracin
por defecto

Reinicia todo el men y configuraciones al estado por

defecto de fbrica. [S]/[No].

Cancelar

Cancela esta operacin.

5.Reproducir
Reproduciendo clips de vdeo
1. Pulse el botn de Reproduccin (Playback) para entrar en el modo de reproduccin de la cmara.
2. Pulse los botones Izquierda o Derecha para seleccionar los clips de vdeo que
quiera reproducir.
3. Pulse el botn Obturador (Shutter) para iniciar la reproduccin. Pulse el botn
OK para pausar y plselo de nuevo para continuar. Pulse el botn Derecho para
buscar rpido adelante e Izquierda para buscar rpido atrs.
4. Pulse el botn Obturador de nuevo para dejar de reproducir.
Reproducir fotografas
1. Configure la unidad en modo de reproduccin. El ultimo archivo creado aparecer en la pantalla LCD. Si no hubiera imgenes guardadas se mostrar el mensaje [Sin archivos].
2. Pulse los botones Izquierda o Derecha para visualizar la imagen posterior o anterior.
3. Zoom: Pulse los botones Arriba o Abajo para aumentar o disminuir el efecto
zoom de la imagen.

Reproduciendo archivos de Audio

1. Pulse el botn Reproducir (Playback) para configurar el modo de reproduccin de
la cmara.
2. Pulse los botones Izquierda o Derecha para seleccionar los archivos de audio que
quiera reproducir. Pulse el botn OK para pausar y plselo de nuevo para continuar.
Pulse el botn Derecho para buscar adelante y pulse el botn Izquierdo para buscar
atrs.
3. Pulse el botn Obturador para empezar a reproducir.
4. Pulse el botn Obturador de nuevo para dejar de reproducir.
Viendo Miniaturas
Pulse el botn Abajo en el modo de reproduccin para ver los archivos de imagen en modo miniatura. Utilice los botones Izquierda/ Derecha/ Arriba/ Abajo
para seleccionar un archivo. Pulse el botn OK para ver el archivo a pantalla
completa.

1. En el modo Reproduccin (Playback) pulse el botn MENU para mostrar el men
en pantalla.

[Cancelar]: No corta la imagen.

Proteger

Use esta funcin para proteger los archivos y evitar que

se borren accidentalmente.
[Bloquear Uno]: Bloquea el archivo actual.

[Bloquear Todo]: Bloquea todos los archivos.

Imprimir

Use esta funcin para imprimir una imagen sin utilizar el

ordenador. Asegrese de que dispone de una impresora que soporte la funcin picture bridge y luego conctele la cmara con un cable USB. [Ejecutar]/
[Cancelar].

6. Realizando las conexiones

Conectando la cmara a una TV
Cuando conecte el cable de salida de TV a la conexin AV de la cmara, la pantalla LCD se apagar. Conecte la cmara a una TV y esta har las mismas funciones que haca la pantalla LCD de la unidad.
1. Conecte la cmara a la TV mediante el cable de salida a AV
2. Encienda la TV y la cmara y configure la TV en modo AV.
3. Cuando la cmara est configurada en modo grabacin se pueden previsualizar los elementos que quiera grabar en la pantalla de la TV.
4. Cuando la cmara est configurada en modo de reproduccin, podr disfrutar de los videos, imgenes y clips de audio a travs de la TV.

Conectando la Cmara a una HDTV

Los componentes HDTV permiten visualizarse contenidos en HD (720p) cuando
se utilice la conexin adecuada.
1. Conecte la cmara a una HDTV mediante un cable HDMI.
2. Encienda la HDTV y seleccione el modo HDMI.
3. Encienda la cmara y configrela en modo de reproduccin.
Pulse los botones izquierda o derecha para buscar el archivo deseado.
4. Pulse el botn Obturador (Shutter) para reproducir el archivo deseado en la
HDTV. Pulse el botn Obturador (Shutter) para detener la reproduccin.
5. Pulse el botn OK para pausar, y plselo de nuevo para continuar.
6. Pulse el botn Izquierdo para ir hacia atrs y el botn Derecho para ir hacia
adelante.

Conectando la cmara a un PC
Hay dos maneras de descargar archivos de la memoria de la cmara (de su tarjeta) al ordenador:
Insertando directamente la tarjeta de memoria en un lector de tarjetas.
Conectando la cmara al ordenador mediante el cable USB.
Usando el lector de tarjetas
1. Saque la tarjeta de memoria de la cmara e insrtela en
un lector de tarjetas que est conectado al ordenador.
2. Abra [Mi PC] o [Windows Explorer] y haga doble clic
sobre el icono del disco extrable que represente a la tarjeta de memoria.
3. Copie las imgenes de la tarjeta en el directorio que
desee del disco duro del ordenador.
Conecte la Cmara al PC con el cable USB
1. Conecte el cable USB al puerto correspondiente del ordenador y a la cmara,
y encienda esta ltima. Un icono de dispositivo de almacenamiento masivo aparecer en pantalla cuando la conexin se haya completado. Por favor, asegrese de que se ha insertado una tarjeta de memoria SD en la cmara. La cmara
no cuenta con memoria interna por lo que si no hay tarjeta no habrn contenidos disponibles al conectarla al PC.

Nota: Si quiere entrar en el modo PC CAM, primero tundra que mantener pulsado el botn obturador durante unos segundos, y luego conectar la cmara al
ordenador mediante el cable USB. El icono PC CAM aparecer en pantalla. Si
no, siga pulsando el botn obturador y pulse tambin el botn Power. Aparecer
el icono PC CAM en pantalla. Abra [Mi PC], habr un archivo llamado "herramienta de vdeo USB (USB video tool)". Haga doble clic sobre el icono y la cmara funcionar como webcam. (Esta funcin es compatible con sistemas
Windows desde XP SP3 en adelante).
2. Abra [Mi PC] o un [Explorador de Windows]. Un disco extrable aparecer en
la lista de unidades. Los archivos guardados en la cmara se encuentran en una
carpeta llamada DCIM.
3. Copie las imgenes a su ordenador si lo desea.

7. Instalacin de Software
Instalando el Software
El software incluido en el CD de la unidad incluye los programas de la cmara.
Inserte el CD en su lector CD-ROM del ordenador. CD-ROM drive. Aparecer automticament e un men:

Instalar MAGIX Video easy SE- Instala software para editar videoclips.
Instalar MAGIX Photo Manager 10 - Instala software para editar fotografas.
Pulse sobre los elementos disponibles en el menu para instalar el programa
deseado.

Si el menu no aparece automticamente, abra el CD-ROM en [MiPC] o utilice

[Windows Explorer] y haga doble clic sobre el archivo llamado [start.exe] para
iniciar el programa. Tambin pude pulsar [Run] (Ejecutar) en el men de inicio
de Windows. Entre en "D:\start.exe" (donde D es su letra de lector CD-ROM) en
el cuadro de texto y pulse [OK].
Notas:
1. Antes de abrir MAGIX Video easy SE o MAGIX Photo Manager 10, tundra que
registrar primero su programa. Luego podr utilizarlo por tiempo ilimitado.
2. No olvide instalar el reproductor QuickTime a la vez que instala MAGIX
video easy SE.
3. MAGIX Video easy SE y MAGIX Photo Manager 10 slo funcionan en los sistemas operativos Windows XP, Windows Vista y Windows 7.

carefully in order to use the digital video camera correctly. Keep the instructions
in a safe place after reading so that you can refer to them later.
PRECAUTIONS
Before using the camcorder, please ensure that you read and understand the safety precautions described below.
Do not try to open the case of the camcorder or attempt to modify this camcorder in any way. Maintenance and repairs should be carried out only by authorized service providers.
Keep the camcorder away from water and other liquids. Do not use the camcorder with wet hands. Never use the camcorder in the rain or snow. Moisture

2. Preparing for using

Installing the Battery

1. Slide the battery cover and open it.
2. Place the accessory li-ion battery into the compartment.
Note that the metallic contacts must be aligned with the contacts in the
compartment.
3. After the battery is properly installed, close the battery cover.
Charging the battery
Please charge the battery at least 8 hours for first time use.
1. Power OFF; connect the USB cable to the camcorder and the computer for
battery charging.
2. Charging starts when charging LED turns BLUE. The charge indicator light
turns OFF when charging is completed.
3. Disconnect the camcorder.
Inserting the Memory Card
This camcorder has no internal memory, it cant record pictures or movie clips.
If you want to record more you have to use a SD or MMC card (The
MAX.SD/MMC card that this camcorder could support is up to 32GB) (Memory
card not included). Turn off the camcorder before inserting or removing the memory card. Be sure to orient the card correctly when inserting it. Never try to
force the memory card into the slot when you feel resistance. The memory card
has a write protect switch which used to protect data from accidental deletion.
Therefore, whenever you want to record, format or delete files in the SD card, disable the write protection beforehand.

Format the memory card
It is important to format the memory card when first time use this
camcorder. All data will be deleted including protected files. Be sure to download
the important files to your computer before formatting.
1. Turn the power on, and set the camcorder to the Setup Menu.
2. Press the UP or DOWN button to select [Format], then press OK button to
launch the submenu.
3. Press the UP or DOWN button to select the item [YES] and then press the OK
button to erase all data.

Setting the Language

Be sure to choose a language and set the date & time before first
time using the camcorder.
1. Turn the power on, and set the camcorder to the Setup Menu.
2. Press the UP or DOWN button to select [Language] then press OK button to
launch the submenu.

the OK button to confirm the setting.

Turning the Camcorder On and Off

1) Open the LCD panel to power on the camcorder and close the LCD panel to
turn off the camcorder.
2) You can also press the POWER button to turn on the camcorder and press it
again for 3 second to turn the camcorder off.
To save battery power, you can change the power-off time by setting the
function [Power Save] in the Setup menu.

Change the record mode

There are four modes in this camcorder. Press the MODE button to change the
mode, each time the MODE button is press the mode is changed.

Recording a video clip
1. Turn on the camcorder and set the camcorder to video record mode
2. Zooming: Press the UP or DOWN button to zoom in or zoom out the subject.
The value of magnification level appears on the LCD monitor.
3. Press the SHUTTER button to start recording.
4. Press the OK button to pause and press it again to continue to recording.
5. Press the SHUTTER button again to end the recording. If the memory is full the
video camera will stop recording automatically.
Note: Each time you stop and start a recording with Shutter button a new file is created.

On the upper of the LCD monitor displays the recorded time.

When the light is insufficient press the RIGHT/LED ON/OFF button to turn on
the compensating lamp and when the light is enough press the RIGHT/LED
ON/OFF button again to turn off.

Taking still images

1. Set the camcorder to capture mode, the icon

3. Hold the camcorder steady and then press the SHUTTER button down to take

ON/OFF button again to turn off.

Using the Self-timer

Use the self-timer to set a delay from the time the shutter button is pressed to the
time the image is shot.
1. Turn the power on, and set the camcorder to the Capture mode.
2. Press the MENU button to display the capture menu, and then press
the LEFT or RIGHT buttons select [Shooting] Menu.
3. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select the items [Self Timer] or
[Multi-Snapshot]. And press the OK button to launch the submenu:
Off: Don't use self-timer without delay.
Self-timer 2S: The shutter release will delay for 2 seconds.
Self-timer 5S: The shutter release will delay for 5 seconds.
Self-timer 10S: The shutter release will delay for 10 seconds.
4. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select the desired item, and then press OK
button to confirm the setting and close the menu.
5. Press the SHUTTER button to take picture.
Recording audio
1. Turn on the camcorder and set the camcorder to audio record mode
2. Press the SHUTTER button to start recording.
3. Press the SHUTTER button again to end the recording. If the memory is full the
video camera will stop recording automatically.

Multi-SnapShot

Use this function to take 3 pictures continuously.

[Single]: Press the shutter button once to take one picture.
[Continuous]: Press the shutter button once to take three
pictures continuously.
[Cancel]: Cancel this operation.

Setup Menu
You can set the system items in setup menu.
1. Turn the power on and press the MENU button to display the menu.
2. Press the LEFT or RIGHT buttons to select [Setup] Menu.
3. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select an item.
4. Press the OK button to enter the submenu.
5. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select the desired item.
6. Press the OK button to confirm the setting and exit the menu.
Display

Title

Power Save

To save power, the camera is turned off automatically

after a period of time. There are six options for choice:
[Off ]/[1Min.]/[3 Min.]/[5 Min.]/[10 Min]/[Cancel].

Beep

Set the operation sound and ignition screen on or off.

Language

Select a language for the Display menu and other

information.

Set Date

Allows you to set the date and time for the camcorder.

TV Output

You can review images on a television with the supplied

AV cable. TV Out should be set to either NTSC or PAL
depending on your region.
[NTSC]: America, Japan and others;
[PAL]: Europe, Oceania and others.
[Cancel]: Cancel this operation.

Format

To erase all data stored on the memory card if you are

using a memory card, or all data stored in the internal
memory if there is no card inserted. All data will be deleted including protected files. Be sure to download important files to your computer before formatting.
[Yes]/[No].

Default setting

To reset the entire menu and button operation settings

to initial default. [Yes]/[No].

Cancel

Cancel this operation.

5.Playback
Playing back movie clips
1. Press the PLAYBACK butoon to set the camcorder to playback mode.
2. Press the LEFT or RIGHT button to select the movie clips you want to
playback.
3. Press the SHUTTER button to start playing. Press the OK button to pause it
and press it again to continue. Press the RIGHT button to fast forward and
press the LEFT button to back forward.
4. Press the SHUTTER button to stop playing.
Playback still image
1. Set the camcorder to playback mode. The latest recorded file appears on the
LCD screen. If there are no images stored, a message [No image] appears.
2. Press the LEFT or RIGHT button to preview the previous or next image.
3. Zooming: Press the UP or DOWN button to zoom in or zoom out the image.

Playing back audio files

1. Press the PLAYBACK button to set the camcorder to playback mode.
2. Press the LEFT or RIGHT buttons to select the audio files you want to
playback.Press the OK button to pause it and press it again to continue. Press
the RIGHT button to fast forward and press the LEFT button to back forward.
3. Press the SHUTTER button to start playing.
4. Press the SHUTTER button again to stop playing.
Viewing Thumbnails
Press the DOWN/ZOOM OUT button in playback mode to view the file in thumbnails mode. Use the LEFT/RIGHT/ UP/DOWN button to select a file. Press the OK
button to view the file in full screen.

Delete

Use this function to delete a single file or all files.

[This Image]: Delete current singe file.
[All]: Delete all files except locked files.
[Cancel]: No delete the file.

Slide

Plays the files automatically interval a few seconds.

[3 Sec.]/[5 Sec.]/[10 Sec.]/[Cancel].

Rotate

Use this function to rotate the images.

[90]:Rotate the image 90 degrees in clockwise.
[180]: Rotate the image 180 degrees in clockwise.
[270]: Rotate the image 270 degrees in clockwise.
[Cancel]: No rotate the image.

Crop Image

Use this function to crop the images.

[Crop]: Use the UP or DOWN buttons to select a select
a range, and then press the SHUTTER button to crop
the selected range, at last press it again to save the
cropped image.
[Cancel]: No crop the image.

Protect

Use this function to protect the files from being deleted

by accident.
[Lock This]: Lock the current file.
[Unlock This]: Unlock the current file.
[Lock All]: Lock all files.
[Unlock All]: Unlock all files.
[Cancel]: Cancel this operation.

Print

Use this function to print a picture without a computer.

Make sure you have a printer which supports picture
bridge function and then connect it to the camcorder
via the USB cable. [Execute]/[Cancel].

6. Making connections
Connecting the Camcorder to a TV
When plug in the TV-out cable (supplied) to the camcorder AV out jack the LCD
screen turns black, Connect the camcorder to a TV and the TV screen now performs as the camcorder LCD screen.
1. Connect the camcorder to a TV via the AV cable.
2. Turn on the TV and the camcorder, and then set the TV to AV mode.
3. When the camcorder is set to record mode, you can preview the subjects you
want to record on the TV screen.
4. When the camcorder is set to Playback mode, you can review all the pictures,
video and audio clips stored in the camera on the TV.

Connecting the Camcorder to a HDTV

HD-TV hereby means the HDTV built-in component input ports, thus can perform HD (720P) high resolution quality while connected.
1. Connect the camcorder to HDTV by the HDMI-cable.
2. Power on HDTV and switch to HDMI-mode.
3. Power ON the camcorder. Set the camcorder in playback mode.
Push the joystick leftward or rightward to select the file demanded.
4. Press SHUTTER button to Play the selected video file on HDTV,
press the SHUTTER button to Stop the playing.
5. Press the OK button to Pause, press it again to Continue the playing.
6. Press the LEFT button to reward, press the RIGHT button to forward.

Connecting the Camcorder to a PC

There are two ways to download files from the camcorder's internal memory or
memory card to a computer:
By inserting the memory card into a card reader
By connecting the camera to a computer using the supplied USB cable.
Using a Card Reader
1. Eject the memory card from the camcorder and insert
it into a card reader that is connected to a computer.
2. Open [My Computer] or [Windows Explorer] and double-click the removable disk icon that represents the memory card.
3. Copy images from the card into a directory of your
choice on the computers hard disk.
Connecting the Camcorder to a PC with the USB Cable
1. Connect the supplied USB cable to the computer's USB port and turn on the
camcorder. An icon Mass storage appears on the screen when connection to
the computer has been successfully completed. Please ensure that there is SD
card in the camcorder.Since the camcorder is without the internal memory, there
will be no content to view connecting the camcorder to the PC.
Note: If you want to enter PC CAM mode, at first you have to hold and press the shutter button
for a few seconds, then connect the camcorder to the computer with the supplied USB cable. An
icon "PC CAM" will appear on the screen. If not, please continue to press the shutter button and

and press the power button as well. An icon"PC CAM" appears on the screen.
Open [My Computer], there will be a file named "USB video tool". Double click the icon. The camcorder will work as the webcam. Note: This function is compatible with Windows XP SP3 or
above.

2. Open [My Computer] or [Windows Explorer]. A "Removable Disk"

appears in the drive list. Double-click the "Removable Disk" icon to view
its contents. Files stored on the camera are located in the folder named
"DCIM".
3. Copy the photos or files to your computer.

7. Software installation
Installing the Software
The bundled software CD has the drivers and software that come with video
camera. Insert the CD into your CD-ROM drive. The autorun menu appears:

The following software is listed:

Install MAGIX Video easy SE- Installs software for editing video clips.
Install MAGIX Photo Manager 10 - Installs software for editing pictures.
Click the items in the autorun menu to install the software.
If the autorun menu does not appear automatically, open the CD-ROM in [My Computer] or [Windows Explorer] and double-click the file named [start.exe] to start the
program. You can also click [Run] in the Windows Startup menu, enter "D:\start.exe"
(where D is your CD-ROM drive letter) in the text box, and click [OK].

1.Open MAGIX Video easy SE or MAGIX Photo Manager 10, you have to
register the software at first, then use program without any time limit.
2. Dont forget to install the QuickTime Player during installing the MAGIX
video easy SE.
3. MAGIX Video easy SE and MAGIX Photo Manager 10 only include
