THE WAYS TO QUIT SMOKING

I Introduction
Smoking is bad and dangerous for health. The cigarette contain many poisonous and
chemical substances that causes cancer and premature death. For many people,
truly understanding the real dangers associated with smoking becomes the
motivating factor that helps them to quit. There are many way to quit smoking such
as manage a quit smoking programme, initiative from the government and plans to
kick the smoking habit.

A Manage a quit smoking programme.
1 Getting support and tips from others are needed in longstanding quitting

advise from personal and group (p.3).

b Learns about how smoking damages the body from the experts and
trusted sources

Within 20 Minutes of Quitting keep the smokers
motivated (Paddock, 2012, p.5)
ii Doing self-research about effects of smoking (personal observation)
iii According to Paddock (2012), The smokers can choose books,
pamphlet and other resources as references (p.5).

B Government initiative to help smokers in quitting smoking habit.
1 In order to decrease the number of smoker, Ministry of Health concentrate
in organise the stop smoking campaign (RV HA, 2012)

encouraged to undergo the quit-smoking programme

C Plan the way to kick the smoking habit.

III Conclusion
Smoking is dangerous and poisonous for our health. Smoking is a habit which people
find it difficult to quit. Quitting smoking is important thing smoker can
do for their health. Quitting smoking has many benefits. It can improve the length
and quality of our life, put more money back into our pocket, and protect our family
from second hand smoke. By managed a quit smoking programme, initiative from
government, planning of way to kick smoking habit, a smoker will success in their
new life.
