Produot Features
A douole acting piston is connected to a douole sided wedge.
The douole wedge slides into a slot in each of the jaws converting the vertical
motion of the wedge into a horizontal motion of the jaws.
Each jaw moves within the oottom case, the closed design increases the rigidit]
and permits the use of longer fingers. The large surface area of the guiding
s]stem allows for higher moments loads.
This gripper is suitaole for internal or external gripping using single or douole
acting mode.

12j lnsert the piston #2 with pressed-in pin #57

#O2. Face mount the piston counteroore holes
to the ood] counteroore holes for -C option.
0pposite mount for -0 option.
18j For -0 option, insert the springs #O5 into the
piston #2 counteroore holes
14j lnstall the screws #52 with thread locker onto
the cap #4
15j lnstall seals #5O and #51 into the cap #4
1Oj lnsert the cap #4 into the ood] #1 and locate
it using cap dowel pins #OO
17j Fasten the cap #4 with #58 screws with
thread locker

pending on the position to sense

2j Tighten the sensor using the 8HC screw onto

nut #9. The 8HC screws are the targets to
oe adjusted in front of the sensor. The 8HC
screws #78 are supplied with 2 different
lengths. depending on the position to sense,
use the shortest for open position, or the
longest for close position. The sensing nut
#9 has a thread insert that prevents the target
from loosening (this ma] make the target
harder to tighten into the nutj.
