Following points discussed

1. informed baggase conveyor provision is to be kept in the total system however conveyor is not to be
provided.
2. The chimney height will be 40 m and accordingly and chimney is to be design for seismic zone 5 and to
be supplied accordingly.
3. 10 % bags of the bag filter is to be supplied as spares.
4. The differential final cost of above modification and supply will be 1.0 Lacs to be added to the total value.
Therefore the final cost of the boiler will be Rs 77.00 Lacs.
5. The baggase feeder and chute is to be fitted in the boiler and to be blinded with refractory brick to avoid
heat loss whenever want to install the baggase feeding system they should be in a position to do the
same by providing only conveyor.
6. The feeding door of briquettes will be on right hand side while facing the boiler front side.
7. The boiler is to be covered by shed to avoid rainy water falling on the boiler from top hand side.The shed
is also to be provided for briquettes storage and feeding area.
8. will give one point of connection of steam line and water line.
9. M/s. CBL is to be provide the datas for the procurement of moisture separator to be provided in the
downstream of boiler.
10. The layout is enclosed along with MOM is final and accordingly GA drawing and loading data is sufficient
to get civil drawing and design to be finalized The whole information will be given from seven days from
25.6.14
11. M/s, CBL to check from installation of their boilers for end use of ASH and to be informed
12. CONTROL ROOM is to be made at water tank location and water tank is to be located on roof of control
room.
13. Bag filter is to be shifted from south side to north side.
14. Chimney is to be shifted near to the main duct to minimize the space required for chimney.
15. The chemical dosing will be manual and the chemical quantity with name will be informed by M/s. CBL.
16. will mark pipe rack on hard copy of plot plan M/s. CBL will given the soft copy of plot plan wherein they
have to mark the pipe rack location and according piping is to be design and fabricated by CBL.
17. The feed water SS pipeline will of 2 inch size. CBL to inform per meter rate of 2 inch line as earlier
quoted rate was for 4 inch line.
18. The blow down quantity is to be informed by CBL.
19. On off control valve will be of make of ARCA.
20. Choke/Reactor coils (in Input and output) should be incorporated for all the VFD in Boiler MCC
21. will inform the exhaust gas conditions along with flow coming out from Cummins DG sets M/s CBL to
design waste heat recovery system to hot water up to 90 degree centigrade and give us quotation along
with surface area for taking decision at our end.cbl also to inform the stream saving of 3 kg/cm2g
pressure.
