Pursuant to existing radio laws and regulations, the schedule of the National
Telecommunications commission radio operators' examination for the Year 2004 is

The master List of Examinees shall be forwarded to the Radio Operators Examination
Committee at least two weeks prior toexamdate.
In the interest of the service, the Radio operators Examination Committee may conduct
special radio operator's examination upon request subject to the approval of the
Commissioner. The Schedule shall notbeheldearlier than sixty ( 60) daysafter the
scheduled regular examination and shall not beheld within the same provincial coverage
of thelast regular examination.
The Administrative and Finance Department shall provide the necessary funding
requirements in conformity with the usual accounting and auditing regulations 0f the
Commission.
This Circular shall take effect upon approval and supercede or amend any circular
inconsistent herewith.
