A GEA Sistemas de Resfriamento utiliza a tecnologia e
experincia de mais de 80 anos do grupo GEA no projeto,
fabricao e montagem de torres de resfriamento.
As Torres de Resfriamento Autoportante tm aplicaes
nos mais diversos segmentos da indstria, da aplicao
mais simples mais complexa.
Estrutura e Fechamento
A carcaa composta de painis, cilindros e difusores
em PRFV (Polister Reforado com Fibra de Vidro) com
alta resistncia estrutural e resistncia corroso.
Os componentes so modulares e de baixo peso,
facilitando o transporte e a montagem. As unies so
feitas atravs de parafusos e porcas em ao inox .
Structure and Casing
The casing is composed of panels, cylinders and diffusers
made of PRFV (Polyester reinforced with glass fibre),
which has a high degree of structural strtength and is
corrosion resistent.
The components are modular and of low weight,
facilitating transport and assembly. The connections are
made with stainless steel nuts and bolts.
Acionamento Mecnico
O acionamento mecnico fornecido com um ventilador do tipo axial, com sistema
de transmisso nas alternativas por moto redutor com fator de servio mnimo 2,
polias e correias ou acionamento direto. Todo o acionamento suportado em uma
estrutura metlica construda em ao revestido em epoxi.
Hlice
As ps da hlice podem ser fornecidas em PRFV, com a borda de ataque
reforada com ao inox ou em Alumnio extrudado.
Bacia de gua Fria
Construda em PRFV, possui alta resistncia mecnica, devido aos reforos feitos durante o
processo de laminao. Como alternativa, poder ser fornecida com painel inferior e bacia
construda em concreto.

The freestanding Cooling Towers have applications in
many different industrial segments, from the simplest to the
most complex application.
Cold Water Basin
Built from PRFV, the basin has high mechanical strength, due to the reinforcements made during
the lamination process. As an alternative, it can be supplied with a lower panel and a basin made
of concrete.
Acionamento Mecnico
Mechanical Operation is supplied by an axial fan, with a
transmission system available through a combustion engine served
by a minimum of 2 pulleys and belts or direct operation. All operation
is supported by a steel structure coated in epoxy.
Axial Fan
The blades of the fan can be supplied in PRFV, with the edges
reinforced with stainless steel or extruded aluminium.
Eliminadores de Gotas
Os eliminadores de gotas, componentes imprescindveis s torres de
resfriamento, podem ser fornecidos em tipo celular em PVC ou em tipo
lminas em PP injetado.
Drip Eliminators
The drip eliminators, indispensable components of the cooling towers, can
be supplied in cellular form in PVC or in laminated form in injected PP.

Enchimento de Contato / Fill
Sistema de Distribuio de gua
O sistema de distribuio de gua (do circuito interno torre) dotado de tubos ramais e
principais construdos em PVC. Com projeto exclusivo, baixa presso e alta performance, os
bicos de distribuio propiciam uma distribuio de gua uniforme em toda rea do
enchimento de contato.
Water Distribution System
The distribution of water (internal tower circuit) is conducted through main and auxilliary
pipes made from PVC. Specially designed, low pressure and high performance distribution
injectors, ensure uniform water distribution along the fill area.
