Moriah Heights Conference & Team Building

The annual summer spiritual conference in Moriah Heights is
being held this weekend. Everyone is welcome to be there for this
very special event. The theme for the conference is Called to Mission
Evangelism. All the topics will focus on our divinely appointed
commission to share the gospel of a risen Savior with a world in
need. All the messages are being presented by young people
dedicated to fulfilling the gospel commission. This is the program for
the conference.

Napa Earthquake

A 6.1 magnitude earthquake struck northern California at 3:20am
this past Sunday, August 24. Centered near Napa, California, the
quake caused massive damage but thankfully there was no loss of
life. SDARM officials from the Northern California Conference report
that no members in the area suffered any damage.

There will be no livestream from Sacramento this coming
Sabbath. The church is closed this weekend to allow members to
attend the NCC spiritual conference in Moriah Heights. Transmission
will resume at the regular time the following Sabbath, September 6,
with a sermon from David Zic.

NCC Delegation Session

This is an additional reminder to all delegates that the NCC
delegation session will be held in Sacramento, Sunday, September 7.
Delegates are required to be present, and all members from any local
