Overview
Located in the south of Bandung, Vanilla restaurant is now one of the popular restaurant in Bandung. Before Vanilla
Restaurant was built, this place is already known as arisan cafe. since 2012, MAJA GROUP bought the building and built
Vanilla Restaurant thats owned by Mr.Benny. Vanilla is known as the rst restaurant with a vintage concept.
food and beverages
Here they sell Indonesian and Western food with the range of price between Rp.15.000 - Rp. 100.000; the foods pastries.
The Restaurant get their main raw materials from local suppliers. they always update menus here by having a routine review
from their customers for evaluation, so people wont get bored with vanillas menu. Their best menu are steak and cocktails
for drinks. Vanilla Restaurant always gain more and more costumers from local or international visitors.
Marketing
Vanilla Restaurant always promote their Restaurant using media social media, promote from hotels thats from MAJA
GROUPS management, radio, etc. So, between their opening hours on 11am-12pm they can gain customers between
100-50 on weekdays and 200-300 customers on weekend. To compete with other new restaurant by keep on innovating
their menu and increase their service. And also held lots of events thats corporate with MILD.
Facilities
There are additional facilities for vanilla customers such as meeting, birthday party, and wedding reception. Special for
birthday package the food can be served as buffet or set menu. for reservation the entire restaurant, the cost must be
recover revenue. The restaurant also have karaoke room, and cozy homey atmosphere.

Prot
Revenue of vanilla restaurant is calculated by MAJA GROUP. Every weekdays, Vanilla Restaurant can earn about 10-15
million rupiah each day, and around 30 million rupiah on weekend.

Employee
employees of the restaurant comes from the school of hospitality. There are 50-60 employees and they are divided into their
respective jobs as part of housekeeping, FB service, product, and marketing. employee salaries based on UMR, except for
professional chef. They could negotiate for salary. General Manager at Vanilla restaurant changed alternately from MAJA
GROUP. General Manager Vanilla restaurant now is Roni. Roni has worked for 8 years at MAJA GROUP and 7 months in
vanilla. Roni position at Maja Group is an assistant restaurant manager.

SWOT
A very small parking area at the restaurant Vanilla makes many people reluctant to visit. Therefore, Vanilla restaurant has
provided valet parking facilities. business graphics of Vanilla Restaurant is very uctuating. it is inuenced by many new
restaurants. costumer have a tendency to choose something new. but this restaurant offers a homey atmosphere, cozy and
well into the rst restaurant that provides service vintage concept.
