The Sitting Bounce
This bounce is a rebounder exercise that ser'es t%o $ur$oses)
The first is #ain(y for those %ho are in a %eakened condition and

hi# bounces (ight(y u$ and do%n) Or if the $erson is u$ to it, he can

accident, #y chiro$ractor %as ab(e to #ani$u(ate #y back into
a(ign#ent, but #y #usc(es %ere unab(e to ho(d the ad"ust#ent for

2 friend of #ine suggested that I bounce on a #ini0tra#$o(ine kno%n
as a rebounder) The first #ini0tra#$o(ine0(ike $roduct that I $urchased
%as .: inches in dia#eter and about : inches ta(( %ith constant rate
stee( s$rings) Though the (ight bouncing I did ga'e #e so#e ne%(y
de'e(o$ed #usc(es in #y neck and back, I sti(( ex$erienced strain
