re(reation1 >etting more people to 5(ome early and stay late7 e3poses all the South Cape
0usinesses to more potential (ustomers and (ould help esta0lish the CRA as the premier
entertainment spot in South+est Florida1

volume o* patrons e3iting esta0lishments at the same time1 This one year pilot program is
