The top 3 companies are as follows: 1) San Miguel Corporation (SMC) According to the survey, salary is the foremost reason why candidates want to work for the company. This is across all position levels, from fresh graduates to managers. The more experienced candidates chose benefits as their second preference when selecting an organization to work for. On the other hand, many employees working in the said company are saying that it goes beyond salary and benefits. The work environment and company culture are also great factors why employees love their work. A finance supervisor admits that she loves working in San Miguel because it feels like one big happy family. She also adds, I love the fact that my peers and bosses are my friends.

For a Nestl junior sales executive, a companys culture is also a significant factor to stay and grow with the company. She adds Nestl helps employees mature in both their career and personal life. If possible, I plan to retire here.

By doing this, the employees will be encouraged to do their work right. They will not deceive their own company. That's why they have the most loyal employees. It is a great advantage for the employees learning that they are being trust. In fact, they do not have CCTV cameras to check the employees and they do not check the attendance every day. They trust each other and they keep their employees happy. In this way, the company is gaining much advantage in the marketplace because of their motivated and satisfied employees.
