HR-EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SCORECARD

In keeping with iOPEXs goal to continuously improve, we are asking for your candid feedback on the performance of our HR-Employee Relations Team this past 3 months (March, April and May).
A summary of all feedback received will be prepared for the department so that we can use the feedback to learn and develop as a team.
Your individual feedback will be averaged into all the responses received in order to protect your anonymity and ensure that the results received are completely confidential.
