S=strength:
Our strength is location. Milker shop is located at Nimanhaemin road in Chaingmai which is a road that
is a center of entertainment and has a lot of caf restaurant and shops. Many of foreigner and Thai
travelers usually come to this road. So we have advantage over location.
W=weakness:
Our price is a weakness. Because our business is franchise so our price and promotion need to set same
as business owner. And our price is too expensive. So we might have a problem with customers.


O=opportunity:
Our opportunity is customers. Because our products are made from milk. So its a healthy product,
customer in every age and age and gender can consume it. And our business owner keep improve a
product and make sure that every of product have a good quality.
T= Threat:
Our threats are competitors. Because our shop located in chaotically place. So there are a lot cafe and
shops and there are a lot of traveler their might go to the other instead of our shop.

Our unique is container. Our containers got a very specific hoard which can keep milk fresh and delicious
longer than using normal container.
