Dear Customer,

The Landmark EPC Support Team has now resolved your enquiry under reference number 126075.

Hi John,

The 'Does an EPC Exist for a Property?' service which you initially used confirmed that reports exist for the two
college sites, as stated in the responses given. Please take this as evidence that energy reports have been carried
out on the sites.

Kind Regards,

EPC Mailbox

Hi John,

Unfortunately we are restricted by DCLG regulations, and cannot disclose commercial EPC details without the 24 digit
reference number. The limit of our service is to provide a yes/no response as to whether a report exists, along with
lodgement date.
With commercial EPCs we advise that you should check with the building manager, who should have kept some
record of the report, or at least the name of the assessor who carried it out so that they can be asked for another
copy.

Kind Regards,

EPC Mailbox

RE: EPC Disclosure Request Response College of North East London CONEL ENFIELD
Hi, this is CONEL student 396047 recently requested EPC database status
for both CONEL facilities because I have been given College assignment
regarding energy efficiency and countermeasures to improve current carbon
footprint.
It would greatly help whether any of both CONEL addresses already
has an energy report logged in your database, and if so how could I get
a copy of it.
Is there an application form I should fill out for both buildings?
Appreciating time and attention awaiting answer
