JOB DESCRIPTION :

To inspect and identify all potential loss on site, takes action immediately when find any
substandard practice & condition and coordinate with Foreman/ supervisor in-charge.
To assist the Safety Superintendent to provide The Risk Assessment/ Job Safety analysis for
Project Job and other critical job.
To assist the Safety Supt. to conduct Safety Induction for new employees, refreshing Safety
Induction for Employees, Contractor Employees, and O.J.T. students.
To be ready for emergency call & first aid case.
To be ready for special job (high risk) to stand by Safety watching to minimize potential
hazard on site.
To record all substandard practice and condition occurred (found) with Anomaly/ Hazard
Report for evaluation & preventive actions.
To make daily activity report to Safety Superintendent and Discuss it .
To assist Safety Superintendent :
- To prepare man day / man hour report.
- To prepare first aid & illness cases report.
- To prepare Incident Statistic Weekly & Monthly

- To prepare Accident Summary.
- To prepare Property damage / Loss tabulation report.
- To prepare Accident & Investigation Report.
To check/inspect all lifting slings annually with rigger supervisor.
To check & record First aid box, equipment & contents
When assigned to the Project :
- To record man day / man hour.
- To make Daily report and weekly Safety Statistic
- To check first aid box & contents.
- To prepared & record First aid & Illness cases.
- To support all activities in project for minimize potential hazard.
- To support Foreman for conducting Safety meeting (Tool Box Meeting)
- To stand by safety watching for preventive accident on high potential loss
- To prepare permit to work as the client requested / regulation.
To carry out any assignment or other special tasks as requested by Safety Manager &
Safety Superintendent..
Authority :
To recommended & instructed when found substandard practice & condition on site.
To giving oral & warning Letter to employee who not following safety regulation.
To stop the work when found any very danger situation/ Unsafe Condition
To discuss with Foreman/Supervisor for make safe working practice & condition
