Incoming Exchange Operation is a division which supervised the
realization of our incoming exchange program both in social volunteer
program and in professional internship program. We monitor the
quality of our projects, managing international relations with AIESEC
abroad, and providing intern buddy and host family for the incoming
exchange participant.

Quality Management is a function that manage, track and
evaluate the quality delivery of outgoing exchange team (GCDP &GIP)
This team will also solve the exchange participants problems and
ensure the development of our exchange participants (example: give
education about being an ambassador, assist in making personal goal
setting, etc)

by finding, acquiring, assessing and allocating members to fill the
positions that will give development to both member and organization.
Talent Acquisition also responsible for Talent Planning, Talent

Expansion: expand AIESEC operation to some universities. Universities
need to pass expansion phase before they can finally be independent
and reach local committee chapter (just like AIESEC LC UI). Our
responsibilities consists of the procedure of the expansion flow,
information flow, finance flow, exchange flow, training, coaching,
meeting, and also creating Specialize Unit and run exchange activities
spesifically. So far, AIESEC UI has expand to 7 universities.
Market Expansion: expand the target market of AIESEC UI Programmes.
Specifically but not restricted to OGX GCDP & OGX GIP programme.
