ORDER:

Permission is hereby accorded to Sri Srikant Nagulapalli,IAS., Chief
Executive Officer, Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, Govt. of A.P., Hyderabad to
visit Bangkok, Thailand from 23.01.2012 to 28.01.2012 to participate in the
Workshop Sessions on Quality and Information Technology.

2. The period of absence of the above Member of Service in connection with
the above visit including journey time, both ways, shall be treated as on duty,
during which the officer will draw his grade pay and allowances which he would
have drawn but for his visit to Bangkok, Thailand. The above Member of Service
is requested to follow the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.124, Finance &
Planning, dated 31-08-2000 read with Circular Memo No. 32876-
B/149/A2/TA/2002, dated 06-11-2002 for drawal of T.A & D.A.

3. The Officer permitted shall submit a report of his visit to the General
Administration (Spl-D) Department and also a copy to Health, Medical & Family
Welfare Department.

4. The expenditure on the tour of the Officer will be borne by the Joint
Universal Health Coverage, Bangkok.
5. The Special Chief Secretary to Government, Health, Medical & Family
Welfare Department shall make necessary arrangements for the post of Chief
Executive Officer, Aarogyasri Health Care Trust, Govt. of A.P, Hyderabad
during the above visit of the officer from 23.01.2012 to 28.01.2012.

6. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide
their U. O. No. 33997/331/A1/Expr/M&H/2011, dated 24-12-2011.
