that will not only help you develop your programming skills,
but it will also encourage you to be consistent and stay motivated
till the very end of the course. We are absolutely sure that the
knowledge you gain with us will benefit you both in your academic

All the courseware and all the chapter assessments will become
available from the moment you sign up and select the course you
are interested in. The first chapter assessment will remain active
exactly two weeks from the moment you start doing the desired
course. All the subsequent chapter assessments will be locked
every consecutive seven days, which means that at the start you
have two weeks to complete the first chapter, at least three
weeks to complete the second one, at least four weeks to complete
the third one etc. The best and most recommended practice is,
therefore, to take chapter assessments on the same day every
week and study consistently and systematically.
how does it work?
How you can go about your course:
1st week/2nd week: Study for the first assessment.
2nd week/3rd week: Pass the first assessment and get prepared for the
second assessment.
3rd week/4th week: Share your progress with your friends on Facebook!
This is an important element of the complex motivation system. Keep
doing this after each assessment!
6th week/7th week: A good moment to find out where the nearest Pearson
VUE Test Center is and to start thinking about the exam date.
9th week/10th week: Time to start studying for the Pre-final Assessment
. A good moment to start getting prepared for the Final Assessment.
10th week/11th week: Time to study for the Final Assessment. Remember
you must pass at 70% or more. If you score below 70%, the assessment
will remain active for the next week. You can take this assessment up
to 3 times.
12th week: Right after successfully passing the Final Assessment and
completing the course, you request your prize: a 50% discount voucher
for the CPA or CLA exam to be used in one of the 5,000 Pearson VUE
test centres worldwide. You need to schedule your exam and take it as
fast as possible because the process of forgetting has started here.
Our experience shows that the exam at Pearson should be taken not
later than two weeks from now. Revise the materials and take an exam

Your goal is our goal and that is why we want to help you as much as
we can in your succeeding in the exam at a Pearson VUE test center.
We at C++ Institute want to make sure that you are motivated enough
and that your progress is being recognized. We want your learning
experience to be as enjoyable and as rewarding as possible.
If you score 80% or more in a chapter assessment, we will be happy
with your progress. It is also a sign to you that you are doing well
in the course. 3 stars will appear above your assessment point on
the course timeline.
If you score 70%-79% in a chapter assessment, you will see 2 stars
above the assessment point on the course timeline. If you score
60%-69% in a chapter assessment, 1 star will appear. This indicates
that in both cases you are doing well and there is no need to take
the assessment again. However, it will remain active for the
following week so that you can re-do it if you wish.
If your score is below 60%, we strongly advise that you try to work
harder, study more to be well-prepared and take the chapter
assessment again. Even though you are not required to take it again,
we encourage you to do so. That is why the option of taking each
chapter assessment twice is there.
Please remember: You can only request a discount voucher for the C
or C++ Associate Programmer exam at Pearson VUE provided you have
taken all chapter assessments on time, as indicated on the schedule.
Just remember the final reward (a 50% discount voucher) does not
depend on how well you do on chapter assessments but on how systematic
you are. You have to take those exams on time no matter what. Failing
to do so results in no discount voucher for the Pearson VUE exam.
Therefore, the purpose of the system is to make you read the set
materials every week, get ready for a chapter assessment, and check
if you have understood the given chapter. This way it does not make
any sense to cheat or to compare answers with your friends you do
not have to know the answers for all questions they just help you
go through the material.
After you have covered all the chapters and taken all the chapter
assessments as well as the pre-final assessment, the final assessment
will stay active in the last week of your course. The final score
counts: if you score 70% or more in the final exam, you will be issued
a voucher for the professional exam at a Pearson VUE Test Center.
If your score is below 70%, you will still get a second go. Remember,
you can do the self-learning course again, but you will only be
entitled to the voucher the first time you take the course. Therefore,
systematic work and success in chapter assessments are so valuable.
