What is the PlantStruxure Certified Engineer program?
The PlantStruxure Certied Engineer (PSXCE) program is an elite training syllabus that qualies individuals
and organizations as experts in the implementation of Schneider Electrics PlantStruxure architecture solutions.
An engineer with a PlantStruxure certication is recognized as having mastered the complete PlantStruxure offer,
and possessing the capability to implement solutions for the most demanding requirements.

The PSXCE program offers two levels of certication: Professional and Engineer.
Certified Alliance Partners
PlantStruxure Certications contribute to the Certied Alliance Partner program,
and shows integration competence, demonstrates expertise with Schneider Electrics
range of proven solution architectures, best-in-class hardware, and software.

What if I was previously certified?
Certications issued prior to 2014 are valid for a period of two years. Candidates whose certications
have expired will be required to pass an upgrade examination. This examination contains a selection
of questions on all three core subjects (SCADA, PAC & Networking). Successfully passing this upgrade
exam will grant recertication for a further three years.
What training is available to help me prepare?
Schneider Electric offers a wide range of training courses on all aspects of PlantStruxure
architectures, e.g. SCADA, PAC, Networking, in addition training is available for many further topics.
These training courses are typically available through Training Centres located in Carros (France),
Singapore & Boston (USA). Training can also be organized in other locations, for more details related
to training contact: Global-Education@schneider-electric.com

How long will certification be valid for?
From 2014, certications will be valid for three years from the examination pass date.
Beyond 2014, a credits system will be used for recertication. When a certication expires,
candidates will have to provide evidence of 300 credit points, which can be earned in the following ways:

Attendance at a Schneider Electric training course 30
Wiki or KnowledgeBase article 10
