Sheika: Good afternoon, Escolarians! I am Sheika Sandoval.

Nea: Im Nea Quilatan.
Limo: And Im Limo Petalver. And we are your hosts for this years
ALL: CEU Sportsfest Closing and Turn-over Ceremonies!
Nea: Sheika and Limo, after months of training, rehearsals, and practices, we have come to the
most awaited event in the lives of our athletes and players.
Limo: Thats right, Nea. Indeed, our athletes have shown great determination, undying
sportsmanship, and enormous stamina to withstand the different battles and tournaments.
Sheika: Truly after all the different events have been played, tunay na Sa Palakasan at
Kalusugan bida ang Escolarians.
Limo: To formally start our program, please rise for the doxology to be led by Mr. Alain
Dimatulac, followed by the Philippine National Anthem which will be led by Ms. Mary Joyce
Sangcap.

Sheika: Kamusta naman kayo mga Escolarians? Siguradong marami nanaman kayong mga hindi
makakalimutan na mga pangyayari this Sportsfest.
Nea: Thats right, Sheika! We have indeed kept the social media ablaze during this Sportsfest.
Sheika: At this point, we would like to acknowledge the presence of the following persons who

Limo: Now we will put your excitement on hold while we listen to the woman behind CEU
Sportsfest 2014. The overall chairperson and the dean of the host school, the School of Nursing,

Sheika: Nea and Limo, it is now time to witness the turnover ceremonies of CEU Sportsfest.
May we call on Dr. Teresita I. Barcelo, Dean of the School of Nursing and Overall Chairperson of
Sportsfest 2014, to relinquish the chairmanship. At this point, may we also call on Dr. Jessica F.
Torre, Dean of the College of Optometry to accept the chairmanship.

Nea: Thank you, Elaine! That was an amazing performance! Sheika and Limo, the stage is now
set as the overall winners of the CEU Sportsfest 2014 are now ready to be revealed!
Limo: Thats right, Nea. But before we announce the ranking of the schools and colleges, we
will give out a very special award: the Hall of Fame!
Sheika: To be eligible for the hall of fame, the school or college must have been a Sportsfest
champion for five consecutive years. On the 6

year, the school or college should have ranked
first.
Nea: To award the hall of fame, may we call on Dr. Ma. Cristina D. Padolina, University
President and Chief Academic Officer, to be assisted by Dr. Carlito B. Olaer, Vice President for
Student Affairs, Dr. Teresa R. Perez, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Teresita I. Barcelo,
