It is stated that I reside at the above address with my family and I am a house wife .Today i.e dated
31.03.2014 at about 9.15 p.m I with my grandson himanshu aged 12 years was coming on cycle
rickshaw from the house of my daughter who lives at shaw pura to my home at B-199, raghubir Nagar .
On the way at a turn near 875 bus stop a boy of aged about 20-25 years came from the back side of the
rickshaw and using his both the hands forecbly snatched my both the earing from both the ears and ran
away . from this incident I have not sustained any injury .i and the rickshaw puller tried to catch him but
he got succeded in running away. thereafter it was placed a telephonic call at 100 number and I made
the rickshaw puller freed while giving him his money. I and my grandson himanshu can identify the
person who snatched away my ear rings if produced before us.legal action be taken against him.you
have written my statement which has been read over to me and the same is correct. Sd. English

s.i with Ct rajpal no 1895/w reached on as per description and information at 857 bus stop turn where
we found above address complainant shushma taneja, w/o satish kumar taneja who given her
statement which was reduced into writing on the basis of statement offence u/s 392 ipc is made out.
The case is regiosterd on the baisi of therir thorugh ct rajpal 1895/w at police station. the information of
the case wide its number be given . I s.i. is conducting the investigation.

mor,raghubir nagar date and time of departure teherir 31.03.14 at 11.05 p.m sd English s.i yadram
yadav p.s khayal d.t 31.03.14 . police action taken on reciving the teherir at police station on which I ,
d.o. have registered the case according to the offence and prepared the same on computer with the
help of comuter operator in my supervision and computereised copy of ifr with original teherir was sent
to si yadram through constable who will carry out the investigate the case in future . The copy of the
same is sent to the senior officers to their notice.
