He joined University of Malaya in 2007. His research interests include job stress, psychosocial safety climate, leadership, job engagement, workplace injuries and team performance. He publishes several papers in ISI-outlets publications, and also a reviewer for some well-known journals such as Journal Occupational and Organizational Psychology, International Journal of Stress Management, Cross-Cultural Management: An International Journal; and Journal Occupational Health.
