Paper Pool Project

In my research I found that the following rules apply to the paper
pool.
1-When Length & Width are the same (odd or even) ball will land
in Pocket C
2- When L- is odd & W- is even, the ball will land in Pocket D
3- When L- is even & W- is odd, the ball will land in Pocket B

I discovered that if both edges are odd or even, the ball will land in
the opposite pocket (lower left to upper right) of the pool table
For example start at A and end at C. Also if the dimensions are the
same the ball will land in pocket c with 2 Hits

One thing I know is how to find is the hit #. You put the width and
length into a fraction. You then change it to the lowest common
denominator. After that you add those numbers up, that's the hit
number.
Here is an example:
Width: 9 units x Length: 3 units
3/9 = 1/3 1+3=4
4 hits are taken
For example 3x3=9 so the dimensions of the pool table will be
3x9. It will take two hits

W-2 x L-6 = 1/3 1+3=4 Hits

For the ball to land in pocket B, the width will be a odd number &
the length will be a even number.

Example 4 x3

Example 6x 5

I also noticed for the ball to land in pocket D, the first dimension
must be one and the second dimension has to be an even number.
In addition, when you add the two dimensions that start with the
number it will equal the amount of hits. For example, 1x12=1+12
makes 13 hits and 1 X 16=1 +16 makes 17 hits.

1 x 12 1 x 16

The tables that share the same rule have a pattern were Length is
even & Width is odd. Even though the dimensions are different,
the ball will land in pocket D.
