ANNOUNCEMENT
TO ALL CO-CURRICULUM COURSE STUDENTS
FIRST SEMESTER SESSION 2013/2014 (A131):
1. ADD / DROP WEEK
Students that wish to add/drop co-curriculum course need to complete the CoCurriculum Course Add/Drop Form that can be obtained from the counter located
at the Academic Division, Co-Curriculum Centre.
The co-curriculum course add/drop week will be held during the first week ( 14
September 2013 17 September 2013 ).
2. PERIOD FOR WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT PENALTY
Student who do not want to continue the co-curriculum course where they have been
registered because of valid reasons, he or she can make an aplication to withdraw from
the course by completing the Co- Curriculum Course Withdrawal Form.
The withdrawal period starts from the 2th week ( 21 September 2013 26 September
2013 )
In order to avoid from a penalty being imposed, the withdrawal application must be
made before 26 September 2013 ( 2th week ).
3. PERIOD FOR WITHDRAWAL WITH PENALTY
Students who apply for withdrawal after the 2th week will be fined RM50.
Payment should be made at the payment counter of Bank Islam, UUM and the
payment receipt must be attached with the Withdrawal Form during the application
submission.
Withdrawal with penalty can only be made during period starting the 3th week ( 28
September 2013 - 03 Oktober 2013 ).
The Co-Curriculum Centre will not entertain any withdrawal application after the
aforementioned dates.
Note : Please be informed that co-curriculum activity become a compulsory
course similar to other (compulsory) academic courses.
4. CREDIT TRANSFER
Each application for credit transfer will be imposed a fee of RM10/course (please
make payment counter of Bank Islam, UUM and obtain a receipt).
The application can made during the first semester of study only by completing the
Co-Curriculum Course Credit Transfer Form and attaching all the associated
certificates that have been certified (if applicable)along with the payment
receipt.
However, students are encouraged to apply during the first week in order to
facilitate the process of Credit Transfer.
Requirements :
The student has attended a similar course.
The student must have a recognised competency,skill,professional
certificate.
The student have been active in co-curriculum activities (please include a
confidential attachment).
The credit transfer application needs to be submitted before or at the very latest by 03
Oktober 2013 ( 3th week ).
5. REGISTRATION / CHANGING OF CO-CURRICULUM COURSES

Registration/Changing of co-curriculum Course for the Second Semester

(A132) 2013/2014 session is during the 6th week ( 20 Oktober 2013 to 24
Oktober 2013 ).
Course Registration refers to the students who could not register for a cocurriculum course during the first semester (A131) and need to register again for
their co-curriculum course in the following the second semester (A132).
Co-curriculum course change refers to the students who want to change to a new
Co-Curriculum Course for the 3rd semester to come, after the student has

successfully completed the co-curriculum course during the first and second
semester.
