QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2014 [US]

01. Temporarily disconnect your Internet connection.

02. Run 'Setup.exe' to install the application.
03. Enter the following information:

04. After installation, DO NOT run/open the application.
Just click 'Close' button.
05. Run the included 'Patcher.exe' file as administrator to install the patch bu
t
DO NOT click the patcher's 'Finish' button yet. Just leave its window open.
06. Run 'QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2014' as administrator.
Just click 'No' button when asked to check for updates.
07. Click 'Open a sample file' button and select any sample company file.
(Company sample files are installed in your 'Documents' folder by default).

08. Click 'Begin Registration' button when asked to register QuickBooks.
Just click 'Cancel' button when asked to setup an Internet connection.
Enter the following Validation Code: 99999930
NOTE: If registration window doesn't appear, go to 'Help' menu and select
'Register QuickBooks' to open the registration window.
09. Click 'Next' button to continue. You should see the message
"Thank You for Registering QuickBooks".
10. Close/Quit 'QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2014'.
11. Switch back to Patcher window and click 'Finish' button to exit.
12. Wait at least 10 seconds before running the application again or restart
your computer for your changes to take effect.
13. Done! You can now reconnect your Internet connection and start using
the installed application.
NOTE: Do not allow the application to automatically download and install updates
.
Go to 'Help' menu and select 'Update QuickBooks'. Under the 'Options' tab,
change 'Automatic Update' from 'Yes' to 'No' then click 'Save' button.

HOW TO ADD USER LICENSE?
NOTE: Internet connection is required to be able to add an additional user licen
se.
a) Close/Quit QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2014, if it's open.
b) Run the included 'Patcher.exe' file as administrator to install the patch but
DO NOT click the patcher's 'Finish' button yet. Just leave its window open.
c) Run 'QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2014' as administrator.
d) Go to 'Help' menu and select "Manage My License -> Buy Additional User Licens
e".
(Your computer must be connected to the Internet).

e) A web browser window opens. Click "Purchase by phone" hyperlink.
Just click 'Yes' when asked to close web browser window.
You will be asked to enter a validation code.

f) Now, if you want to add 25 user license, enter the following Validation
Code: 99999925 or if you want to add only 15 user license, enter the
following Validation Code: 99999915
NOTE: Just change the last 2 digits of Validation Code to the number of user
license you want to add. (Up to 300 user license can be added or more).
g) Click 'Next' button. You should see the number of user license you added.
h) Close/Quit 'QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2014'.
i) Switch back to Patcher window and click 'Finish' button to exit.

HOW TO CHANGE LICENSE NUMBER?
1. Temporarily disconnect your Internet connection.
2. Close/Quit QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2014, if it's open.
3. Run the included 'Patcher.exe' file as administrator to install the patch but
DO NOT click the patcher's 'Finish' button yet. Just leave its window open.
4. Run 'QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2014' as administrator.
5. Go to 'Help' menu and select "Manage My License -> Change My License Number".

Enter one of the included License Numbers. Click 'Next' button and enter
the following Validation code: 99999930 (just leave Licensed Users Code blank
).
NOTE: Just click 'Cancel' button when asked to setup an Internet connection.

6. Close/Quit 'QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2014'.

7. Switch back to Patcher window and click 'Finish' button to exit.
8. Done!
