On the perusal of the reports by the Raja Fayyaz Ahmed, J in chambers he concluded that.
Plainly it is reflected from the progress reports referred to above that deliberate delay has been
and is being caused for reaching to the truth and in taking the pieces of incriminating material
brought so far on record linking the accused persons to its logical conclusion. These reports lack
necessary particulars and details, which lead to no where. He said that in the presence of present
DG FIA fare investigations will not be done , so the examination of this defective investigation
is recorded by the court in its order on 10.2.2011 and it is recorded in subsequent order on
15.2.2011.
While efforts are being made by the Chief Justice for removal of present DG FIA because of
poor investigation being conducted by the FIA to save the delinquents.
Allegation made by Syed Imran Ali Shah states that by the amount of Hajj scam Abdul Qadir
Gillani son of PM have purchased bullet proof car from Uae by one of his friends which is
brought at PM sons house,so when he also failed to provide evidence to confirm the allegation .
Addl DG informed that FIA is doing its best to arrest the accused persons but DG told they are
getting bailed from court DG also compalined that no cooperation is being done by the state bank
of pakistan and they are not providing the details of the accounts of the accused ones. Mr
Shaukat Hayyat Durrani secretary religious affairs submitted the report to court which gave the
good news that Rs equal to SR 700 is given to per pilgrim and the payment is made to 99% of
pilgrim.
Mr Abdul Hafeez Pirzada stated that committee has been constituted to remove the people who
are at the post on contract basis as it is against the law, so the seat of DG FIA is in trouble
because Mr Pirzada has stated that the fate of his seat will be decided in 3 days.
