GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Start small, learn, and grow along the way.
2. Stop overthinking. Start fast and learn from your mistakesand from oth-
ers, of course.
3. Create a social media marketing plan. Te world is so huge that without a
plan, you will be lost. It is too easy to just wander around and read everything
interesting and then fnd that two hours are lost forever.
4. Review your plans regularly and change them as needed.
5. Manage your companys cash fow diligently.
6. Create your (virtual or not) team as soon as possible. You cannot do every-
thing yourself.

7. Your app can be found generally in four ways: paid ads and PR, your home-
page/app homepage and mailing list, social media, and searches from the app
store. Lets look all of them.

8. Create your own developers website.
9. Write a good About page make it personal and friendly.
10. Use the same photo throughout all social media profles.

11. You need understand and learn SEO so that your site will be found through
searches.
12. Your app has its own URL from Google Play, and this gets good search re-
sults as it is from an authority site. Help it get better results by creating more
links.
13. Write a free, small Kindle book about your app development experience.
14. Use Amazon Author Page to get good SEO for your homepage.
15. Create a tutorial about programming, app development, or app-specifc
theme. Upload it to some popular tutorial sites. It could bring in good trafc.
MAILING LIST
16. Add several opt-in boxes to your homepage (including your About page).
17. Use bribery to grow your own mailing list.
18. Create an autoresponder for your mailing list so every new member gets a
package of e-mails with your and your app introduction.
BLOG
19. Write blog posts for your homepage at least once a week. It has two purpos-

words.

42. Study and emulate (do not copy exactly!) currently popular apps social me-

and inside the app). Order a quality translation. (Google translate is not good
option.)
44. Build a simple, fun, and totally free app and advertise your cash-generating
app within it.
45. Update your app regularly: absolutely the minimum is once afer 1-2
months. It will increase app downloads. Show that you listen to what it is said
