1.1 Radio Resource Management
1.1.1 Querying Cell Status
Prerequisites
Access the Dynamic Data Management interface.
Steps
1. Click Root Node > GERAN Subnetwork > BSC Managed Element > BTS
Dynamic Data Management > Radio Resource Management > Cell Management
and access Cell Management.
2. Select a record in the list (Site ID or BTS ID).
3. Click Status Query.
The query result is shown in Figure 1-1.

1.1.2 Blocking Cell
Prerequisites
Access Cell Management.
Context
There is only one object that can be released after blocking at a site.
Steps
1. Select a record in the list.
2. Click Block and a warning interface pops up, as shown in Figure 1-2.

2.1.1 Querying Cell Status
Prerequisites
Access the Dynamic Data Management interface.
Steps
1. Click Login BSC > Configuration Management > Dynamic Data Management >
and access Cell Management.
2. Select a Site.
3. Click Status Query icon .
The query method is shown in Figure 2-1.

2. Click Block icon and a warning interface pops up; follow the warning
message to block the cell as shown in Figure 2-2.
