Homerooms will be having a "Buck's for Breakfast" competition the week of Sept. 22-26th. The
top three homerooms will be provided breakfast courtesy of Mr. Switzer. Bring in your dollar to
help your Homeroom win! All of the donations will be given to the Down Syndrome Association
of Charlotte in Ardrey Kell's name.

This is the second year that Ardrey Kell will have a team walking in the Buddy Walk that takes
place on Oct. the 11th. Last year we had about 50 people. We hope to have even more this year. If
someone would like to sign up to walk or donate here are the directions.

The link below is the only one we are to use to sign up students, parent, or any other volunteers.
If people want to donate they use this link also.

Here is our AK team fundraising page:
http://ds.donordrive.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.team&teamID=6248

If you click on the "Roster" tab, you can see who has signed up for our team so far.

Any co-workers, students, parents, or other volunteers should use the "Join Our Team" tab to
register for the event or use the "Support Us" tab to make a donation to the AK team. As each
roster member registers, they will have their own individual fundraising page. It doesn't really
matter if people donate to the team page or one of the individual pages, it all ends up in the
team total. Thank you for your support! I hope to see you at the walk. Any questions please
contact Mrs. Pfeuffer at lisa.pfeuffer@cms.k12.nc.us.

Student Services

Attention Seniors: NEW Transcript request and payment process
After requesting your transcripts on Naviance, please be sure to print the "confirmation" page.
Your two initial free transcripts will automatically be deducted from the total owed on Naviance.
This "total owed" is what needs to be paid online through the AK website. Therefore, when you
submit your payment online, please be sure to only enter the number of transcripts needing to
be paid for (after subtracting the first two). For example, if you are requesting 5 transcripts on
Naviance, your total owed will be $15, only enter 3 on the online payment site. Be sure the
amount owed in Naviance is the same as the amount you are paying through the online system.

Please see your counselor with any questions.
BOTH the Naviance confirmation page and online payment receipt need to be turned in before
your transcripts can be submitted.

Seniors who have not signed up for their senior appointment should come to Student Services
