Narrative Patrol initiated a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle after observing it make an
improper turn from Market St. onto Sisson St. Patrol made contact with the
operator and through further investigation determined him to be intoxicated.
LaRock was taken into custody and transported back to Potsdam Police
Department where a chemical test revealed him to have a BAC of .22%. LaRock
was issued tickets returnable to Potsdam Village Court on 10/10/14 at 9:30 am.
