BACHELOR / UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE
5 credits in O Level or equivalent and
2-3 principles in A Level or equivalent (depending on the program) or
Passed Limkokwing Foundation Courses with credit or
Any other equivalent qualification accepted by MQA
Minimum of C is considered as credit
For percentage minimum of 50% - 60%

POSTGRADUATE DEGREE
A minimum of a second class lower Bachelors Degree with honors from
any recognized public / private universities by Government; OR
Any other recognized qualification equivalent to a Bachelors Degree with a
minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related industry.
In case of CGPA, student must have a minimum of CGPA 2.0 CGPA 2.5
depending on the program applied

Two letters of reference / recommendation provided by former or current
employer or professor or Community Leader
International students shall possess a proficiency in English language with
a minimum score of 500 for TOEFL (paper based), 6.0 for IELTS or English
language as mother tongue or minimum score of 500 in GMAT

SCHOLARSHIP VALUE / COVERAGE
Scholarship offered only covers tuition fees for entire duration of their studies
(Undergraduate: 3 4 years, Postgraduate: 1.5 2 years), in addition all
international student required to pay,

Nonrefundable registration fees : RM 1,000
Int. Student Admin Fees : RM 5,000
Tuition fees : Fully covered
Insurance, Visa, Medical check-up : RM 1,900
Resource / facilities fees : RM 1,500
Limkokwing Creativity book : RM 90

Living expenses to be covered by students as well, student can choose to stay at
university accommodation (on campus / off campus). Details available in our

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Completed application forms with nonrefundable RM 1,000 registration fee
made payable to Limkokwing University of Creative Technology
International Sdn. Bhd.
Upfront payment of RM 1,900 Visa processing & other fees payable to
EMGS for facilitating visa application
Certified true copy of High School results
Certified true copy of Higher Education results (if applicable)
English Language proficiency certificate (if applicable)
6 Passport size photographs with white background (3.5cm X 5cm)
2 set of Passport copy (all pages to be copied in A4 paper), passport photo
page (face) should be clearly visible and color copies.
Minimum of 1.5 years passport validity
CV (applicable to those above 25 years old)

VISA INFORMATION:
Once registered an acceptance letter will be sent out to successful
applicants.
The University submits an application to EMGS (Ministry of Higher
Education) department for processing of the student visa.
An approval letter will be sent to the student once visa has been granted
by Immigration.
Approximate visa application processing time is 14 working days

UPON ARRIVAL IN MALAYSIA
Student required to do medical check-up with designated clinic appointed
by EMGS
Upon receiving satisfactory health report, EMGS will request immigration to
endorse multiple entry student visa (valid for 1 year)
Student will be able to enrol upon fulfilling all the above requirement

*Please take note that students are NOT allowed to enter to Malaysia as a tourist
and get admission for studies. Student MUST receive student visa approval
before leaving home country for studying in Malaysia.
