This research paper is about The Perception of Medical Laboratory Science student in Homo Sexuality. A descriptive research methodology was used for this study because the researcher took the overall perception of all the Medical Technology Students of Arellano University about the topic that the researchers made. Another thing which this research is called a descriptive method is that the researchers present all the gathered information and data through its description. This was made for the reader of this research to be able to understand the idea that the researcher wanted to convey. A survey was administered to selected students Medical Technology Students of Arellano University to collect data that will help the researcher to gather information about the said topic. The term survey is commonly applied to a research methodology designed to collect data from a specific population, or a sample from that population, and typically utilizes a questionnaire or an interview as the survey instrument. (Robson, 1993). According to Leary (1995), there are distinct advantages in using a questionnaire vs. an interview methodology: questionnaires are less expensive and easier to administer than personal interviews; they lend themselves to group administration; and, they allow confidentiality to be assured. Robson (1993) indicates that mailed surveys are extremely efficient at providing information in a relatively brief time period at low cost to the researcher. For these reasons, the researcher chose a descriptive research methodology and designed a questionnaire survey instrument to assess the perceptions of selected of selected Medical Technology Students of Arellano University regarding Homosexuality.
C. Sources of Data
The data gathered for this study came from several sources such as textbooks, journals, articles, magazines, e-mail sites and others. Major data came from the research survey-questionnaire form and from interviews that the researchers have done. For the study purpose both primary and secondary data are used. The primary data are collected from Medical Technology Students using the survey-questionnaire. The secondary data are collected from Web information. The data of past research materials was also have been collected. The primary and secondary data have been collected to cover every aspect of the study. The primary data are related to behaviour and response of the Medical Laboratory Science Students. These data used in combination as per need of the study. These data having different merits and demerits and have serves our purpose of the research study.
