My glimpse of comments on Structural drawings are as follows.

1. Abbreviations used in RCC drawings to be added in S.01/001 Done

2. General note on Foundation level below GL to be added in S.01/001 Done
3. Typ. Foundation reinforcement detail for square & rectangle footing are to be added in S.01/003
Reinforcement detailing will be done during DE stage.
4. Foundation reinforcement / column reinforcement / pedestal reinforcement are to be added in
schedule of table in S.01/0061 Reinforcement detailing will be done during DE stage.
5. In schedule of slab where slab thickness greater than 200 mm reinforcement is to be given in
table of S.01/0004 Reinforcement detailing will be done during DE stage.
6. Abbreviations used in steel drawings to be added in S.01/002 Done
7. Please check grid numbers shown in S.01/0008 as per piping grid numbering plan which we had
already given marked up copy. Refer to Architecture
8. Size of lift shaft near grid A12 in S.01/0009 Size of shaft is (2600x2600)mm
9. Size of lift shaft near grid L12 in S.01/0010 Following arch. drawings
10. Please mark Raft offsets in both the sides of the grid A11 & A17 in S.01/0009 Done
11. Please mark Raft offsets in one side of the grid L11 & P15 in S.01/0010 Done
12. Please mark Raft offsets on the grid L17 & L18 in S.01/0012 Done
13. Please mark Raft offsets on the grid A17 in S.01/0011 Done
14. In drg. No S.01/0018/0022/0039 please check electrical room layout in which cable trench is not
there as per latest architectural drawing. Yes. Bur we would suggest to clarify this with
Architectural and Electrical departments as in our experience in the Middle East electrical
equipment in S/S are floor mounted with connection from bottom through trenches. We shall
amend the drawings when this re-confirmed as not the case in here.
15. In drg. S.01/0019 please check levels marked as per piping plot drg. Refer to architecture
16. In drg S.01/0032 & 0033 please mark size of cross bracings & purlins. Done
17. In drg S.01/0036 please check slab thickness of slab panel 8 x7.2 m. The slab is designed based
on sustained live load of 50 Kn/m2 as agreed.
18. Typ. Staircase section showing reinforcement detail is to be shown. Reinforcement detailing will
be done during DE stage.
19. Raft reinforcement section is to be shown. Reinforcement detailing will be done during DE
stage.
20. Please check & write where Drawings are made for Loading / unloading platform & pump
loading bay. For loading & unloading area it is already shown in ground floor plan, for pump
loading area to be provided next revision.
