 1. Quote for mentioned issues resolution:

We are responsible to resolve mentioned issues list enclosed

with quotation.
We will charge Rs. 35000/- to solve mentioned issues in
enclosed file with this quotation. As far as reports are concern
we will charge separately which is mentioned here :
For New report development Rs. 500/- per each report.
For Existing report as per requirement changes Rs. 300/- per
each report.

2. Quote for MS Dynamics NAV training
 

We will charge per module wise training, training schedule

days and course content will be submit ones, client will decide
/ confirm for this option.

        3.  Quote for Resource Support
       
 
There would be two ways of resource support

1. On Site Support 
 
With this option client will get one resource presence at its place 
having capability to solve day to day end user’s queries and will 
do work as per client’s requirement. 
 
Charges will be Rs. 70,000/‐ per month. 
 
2.  Remote Site Support 
 
With this option client will get support from remote site 24 x 7, 
In  this  case  our  resource  will  work  from  remote  site  and  will 
resolve client’s problem login to the Client’s systems. 
 
Charges will be Rs.40,000/‐ per month. 

        4.  Terms & Conditions:
       
1. If we are responsible to solve mentioned queries only. And
Get query resolved sign off by concern user from client
side. If, during visit at Client side, consultant would find
other query from the client side, will be charged extra
depend upon query nature and query resolution
possibilities.

In Case of this option, Consultant will entertain only

mentioned or agreed queries between Client and us.

 2. Parameters to define commercial terms

a. Need to know about on which Navision version client

has been implemented.
b. Turnover and financial capacity of Client.
c. How many modules / Granules have been
purchased by Client?
d. If Client has purchase Add on modules, such case
will be handled separately.
e. How many no. of users have been purchased by
Client?
f. Need backup of existing system to analyzed,
implemented, configured setups scenarios.
g. As per market rules, requires 40% in advance at the
time of Agreement between us and client.
h. Consultant’s travelling charges should be bear by
Client, Travelling mode must be By Air only ( Any
Implementation partner will be charged )
i. Consultant’s lodging / food and local travel expense
must be bear by Client as per actual ( Any
Implementation partner will be charged )
