Access to JDE over Internet through RSA Secure ID

The RSA Secure ID token Systemhas been introduced (In place of one time password system) to access
the JDE Application over Internet.
Please performfollowing one time task to install RSA Secure ID Application in the computer/laptop from
where you want to access the JDE.
1. Download RSA Secure ID application fromInternet by copying and pasting the following link in the
internet browser, ftp://ftp.rsasecurity.com/pub/agents/RSASecurIDToken410.zip.Then it will
prompt to save the zip file. Save it on the desktop.
Or
Download the application fromMY HPCL intranet portal. Go to MY HPCL Portal > Other Links >IT
Resources > RSA Secure ID application.
2. Unzip downloaded zip file and Install the RSA Secure ID application by double clicking
RSASecureIDToke410.msi file.
3. Save the attached zip file (userid.zip) sent in the mail on the desktop and unzip it.
4. Start the RSA Secure ID application fromstart > programs > RSA >RSA SecurID Token
5. Select the Import fromfile option and import the file unzipped in step no.3
6. The RSA Secure ID application will show the 6-digit randomnumber as a Token code which
changes periodically for every 60 seconds (1 Minute).

This completes the RSA Secure ID application installation.
To login and Access JDE over Internet:

a. Please ensure that the RSA Secure ID application is running and it displays the randomnumber as
a token code
b. Open the Internet browser (Internet Explorer) and type the below anyone of the URLs to connect to
HPCL Secure gateway - https://connectisc.hpcl.co.in or https://connectph.hpcl.co.in/secureID
(Services are hosted at different locations for high availability)
c. If prompted to select the group, Select SecureIDand then type your userid (mentioned in e-mail)
in user name field and in passcode field enter token code number from RSA application and
click on the login button
d. In the next screen, select JDE Option and in the next screen select Parivarthan Option
