Notice of Complete and Unconditional
Forgiveness and Release of All Known and
Unknown Estate Debts and Liabilities
Let it be known to all concerned persons worldwide, through this announcement and notice, by
this act of my will, sealed by my own hand, in an offer to bring peace, harmony, and
wholeness to all of the world, I, the living soul manifest, expressed as man, estate hres,
paterfamilias, and sole proprietor, of all that is the complete Will and Testament of the House
of Kallenbach and Estate named, or known as, Kurtis Richard Kallenbach - created, birthed,
or delivered on September 19, 1960, through the hand or water of my natural born mother or
her person - NOW AND FOREVER FORGIVE AND RELEASE COMPLETELY AND
UNCONDITIONALLY ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN ESTATE DEBTS AND LIABILITIES.
This complete and overt act of unconditional Forgiveness and Release includes, but is not
limited to, all estate debts, obligations, bargains, pledges, promises, novations, or liabilities -
releasing forever all persons from the terms and conditions of tending such burden - never
again to be bound by duty, custody, responsibility, administration, or management of said
estate.
Additionally, any and all estate res or remainder, including but not limited to, any matter,
issue, person, encumbrance, or instrument, pertaining to such things as, deeds, wills, benefits,
insurances, policies, accounts, securities, pensions, retirement plans, be they dispositive,
appointive, nominative, or other now no longer considered necessary for said estate or trust
purposes - are hereby merged and ultimately extinguished through this complete and overt act
of unconditional Forgiveness and Release.
Any person wishing to contest this Notice of Complete and Unconditional Forgiveness and
Release of All Known and Unknown Estate Debts and Liabilities has 3 business days from
date of recording to do so or the entire document stands as written.
