Narrative Patrols responded to a complaint of a subject who was staying in a residence on
Market Street against a No Trespass Order. Patrols made contact with the suspect
and placed him under arrest. Konsul was transported to the Potsdam Police
Department and was processed for the listed charge. Further investigation revealed
that Konsul was wanted on an arrest warrant for a family court violation. Konsul
was then transported to family court in Canton and was arraigned and released.

where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
