es(onsib$e manne and sha$$ ma9e !ood to the .i#enso a$$ su#h
dama!es o $oss as the .i#enso may sustain &hethe the same be
#aused by the .i#ensee o his+he )isitos to the said (emise

iesistib$e fo#e o a#t of God e'#e(ted," The said (emises &ou$d be
handed o)e to the .i#enso e'a#t$y in the same state as it &as ta9en

(eiod of this a!eement and the .i#enso is entit$ed to e#o)e
