Wavelet Transform
Mallat showed that Multi Resolution Analysis (MRA) can be First
used to obtain the DWT of a discrete signal by applying lowpass Phase
and highpass filters, iteratively, and subsequently down sampling

Meyer wavelet shown in Fig.6 is used as the mother wavelet.
