crop production. 0fter 1121, a con"entional aircraft manufacturin% facility #as sited on the land. (n the
11C@;s the Site #as used for research de"elopment of "ehicles suita$le for space tra"el. -0S0 ceased its
operation at the Site in 111I. (n 2@@2, a >oluntary Cleanup 0%reement #as entered into $y !/SC and
the site proponent, =aiser Health Goundation, to conduct a ,reliminary .ndan%erment 0ssessment for
,arcels (( and (> of the Site. /hese parcels are proposed for a hospital comple& de"elopment. 3esults
from the ,.0 indicated that a ><C plume from an offsite source #as mi%ratin% $eneath the proposed
