The goddess Artemis is a personification of a number of concepts all convoluted into the
name ARTEMIS. The name Artemis is a complex riddle and its many aspects can only be
explained in Turkish And that is !hat I !ill sho! in this paper. "ut first let us get some
mythological background information that guides us !ithin the dark labyrinths of mythology.
