There are many ways in which personal circumstances like health, family commitments and
work commitments could influence the type of trip. Some of these determinants can preclude
the individual from taking any trip like health problems. Many people take health tourism to
abroad in order to get the best medical services like surgery; body or plastic surgery and
chemotherapy. There are many countries provide the best medical services with the higher
technologies and provided many expertise in medical field like India, Malaysia and Korea
itself which is very famous with the plastic surgery services. Tourists from China are mostly
come to Korea to make their plastic surgery and they are satisfied with it. In addition, the
decision to take a skiing holiday based on good previous experiences would need to be
rethought if the prospective tourist broke a leg. Moreover, another circumstance is work
commitments. For instance, the seminars or maybe business matters allowed workers to tour
in the same time. They have or attend some events or seminar during the office hour but after
that they are free to go anywhere with any whom after the office hour. They can do two
activities in the same time; work and tour. This is will be benefits to both either the host
country or the officer themselves. This is the chance for them to take some physical exercise
as a contrast to their sedentary lifestyle and improve their health in the same time. In addition,
they can widen their circle of friends or find a new partner. This is will give more advantages
to the company directly. Furthermore, family commitments also be the reason on taking type
of trip by tourist. For example, family matters like wedding ceremony will lead the tourist
taking their trip to the destination either domestic destinations or abroad. This matter will be
allowed the tourists come to particular places or countries based on this influence (family
commitment). In addition, family matter will encourage tourist to take their vacation in order
to visit their family especially who are living far from them. But then, the type of vacation
will be hanged due to the changes of their family. For example for those who have kids will
prefering to the places which are more suitable with their family with their kids as well.
