Composition
Each 700 mg coated tablet contains:
Ibuprofen 400 mg
Additives q.s
Pharmacology
Arprofen contains ibuprofen which is a group of non-steroidal
anti-inflammatory drug that works by inhibiting the synthesis of
prostaglandins in body tissues by inhibiting the enzyme
cyclooxygenase that has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic.
Indication
Treating fever, pain and inflammation in rheumatic diseases
and disorders of skeletal muscle (order), mild and severe pain and
postoperative pain.
Contraindications
Not recommended for patients with a history of peptic ulcers,
hypertension to ibuprofen or aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-
inflammatory (bronnospasitus symptoms, rhinitis and angioedema).
Side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, pain and burning
sensation on epigastrum.
Caution and warning
Caution to patients with a history of peptic ulcers, renal
failure, heart failure, hypertension and intrinsic coagulation. Do not use
in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Drug interactions
Decreased plasma levels of ibuprofen when administered with
asetosal.
Rules of use
Adults: 1 tablet 3-4 times daily.

Farmakologi
Palmoxir mengandung parasetamol yang bekerja sebagai
analgesik dengan meningkatkan ambang rangsang rasa sakit dan sebagai
antipiretik bekerja langsung pada pusat penghantar panas di hipotalamus.
Aturan Pakai
Anak (1-10 tahun): 4 x

sendok makan sehari

Kontra Indikasi
Tidak dianjurkan pada penderita dengan gangguan fungsi hati
yang berat dan hipersensitif terhadap parasetamol.
Peringatan dan Perhatian
Untuk penggunaan tanpa resep dokter, jangan melebihi dosis
maximum yang dianjurkan dan jangan dipakai terus-menerus lebih dari 10
hari tanpa pengawasan dokter.
Efek Samping
Dapat menyebabkan kerusakan hari saat penggunaan jangka lama
dengan dosis yang besar dan dapt terjadi reaksi hipersensitif.
