1. All questions/exercises are compulsory.
2. The question paper contains 2 parts Part A contains 4 exercises. Part B contains 10
objective type questions.
3. After doing as directed in solving exercise in Q. 1, 2 & 3 of Part A, please ensure that your
answer (solved) is emailed to eempwrdtraining@gmail.com before 01.30 PM. No email
from any candidate will be entertained after 01.30 PM.
4. No marks will be assigned for Q. 1, 2 & 3 of Part A, in case of failure to attach the relevant
solved answer file with the email; hence please ensure attaching answer files with email to
eempwrdtraining@gmail.com.
5. The answer of Question No 4 and that of Part B should be filled in the question paper
sheet itself and be handed over to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall.


Part A
Max marks: 30

DIRECTION for Q. 1 & 2: Please open email with username mpwrdtest@gmail.com & password
as exam24913 and download the 2 attachments of the email with subject Exercises Dated 24-9-
2013. Save these attachments on the desktop of your PC/Laptop and do as directed in Q. 1 & 2
below.
1. Open the downloaded MS Word file Doc Exercise 24-9-2013 and do the following action
and save file with your name. Send this file to eempwrdtraining@gmail.com by email.
(Total 10 marks)
a. Change the title of the document to UPPERCASE, Bold and align center
(3 marks)
b. Change complete text (including title) to Arial font & font size to 12(2 marks)
c. Align the text of all paragraphs to Justify (2 marks)
d. Align signature and seal to right (1 marks)
e. Change line spacing of the text of all paragraphs to 1.15 (2 marks)

2. Open the downloaded MS Excel file Excel Exercise 24-9-2013and do the following action
and save file with your name. Send this file to eempwrdtraining@gmail.com by email.
(Total 10 marks)
a. Copy the complete content of sheet 1 and paste on sheet 2 and save.(1 marks)
b. Now, in sheet2, using formula fill column 6 Water Used in providing Irrigation (in
MCM) as per hint given in title of column-6. (3 marks)
c. In the same table now, using formula fill column 7 of Duty - Ha per MCM as per
hint given in title of column-7. (3 marks)
d. Now Sort this table with column-7, so that scheme with Largest Duty is placed on
top and Smallest Duty at bottom. (3 marks)
