Singer and performer Jacquez Swanigan was born March 2, 2003 to the parents of Courtney Swanigan and Natalya Walker. Jacquez
started singing at the tender age of 3 years old at his home church where he sang his first solo at the age of 4 years old, "Yes Jesus
Loves Me". Since then Jacquez has performed in numerous churches in Central and Northwest Arkansas. He had his first talent show
performance at 6 years old at Central Park Elementary where he was introduced to the music of the great late Michael Jackson. "Who's
Loving You" sang by The Jackson 5 was the performance that opened many doors for Jacquez. He was invited to sing at the nationally
known Wal-Mart Black Music Celebration where he shared the stage with several local and national performing artists. Since then he has
portrayed little Michael Jackson of the Jackson 5 in a traveling show Moonwalker. This little performer also sang The National Anthem
at the Barclays in Brooklyn New York for the Brooklyn Nets. Jacquez was a contestant on the hit show, Americas Got Talent, making it

The American Vitiligo Research Foundation, Inc. (AVRF) was founded in December 1995, by Stella Pavlides of Clearwater,
FL. Since its inception, the foundation has been operated out of the home of its founder.
The primary objective of the foundation is embracing the diversity and promoting the inclusion of all individuals. To meet this
objective, the goals of the AVRF include public awareness, education, acceptance, and a cure. The foundation furthers these
goals by providing an array of resources, fundraisers, and conferences designed to enlighten and uplift members of the foun-
dation and the public.
The AVRF, a federally tax-exempt, 501(3) charity, sponsors research to determine the possible causes of vitiligo. It is hoped
that with the future success of this research, viable treatment options as well as a potential cure can be developed.
Having this disorder can expose children (and adults) to ridicule from peers and insensitivity from the general public. With this
in mind, the AVRF gives support to individuals afflicted with this life-altering skin disorder, focusing mainly on children and
their families.

years and STATE OF CALIFORNIA instructor since 2006. In 2008 he launched his own employment agency CNJ
TRANSPORTATION AND TRAINING SERVICES . Chris has been DJing around the USA for over 25 years. He held a
residency for many years at Los Angeles Premier Night Club Catch One where many celebrities come out to party. In

LESLEY COLE is the reason this event was produced she is an inspiration to us all. Lesley is the West Coast Representative of
the MJFC (MICHAEL JACKSON FAMILY COMMUNITY). She has donated her time and has financially supported many causes in
the community. She has assisted many fans with housing, transportation, meals, etc. She organized #TeamKatherineJackson
SUPPORT T-SHIRT CAMPAIGN to show love to Mrs. Katherine Jackson aka Mama J during the drooling AEG Trial. She is a rare
gem and exactly the type of individual that carries the spirit of Michael Jackson.
BILL WHITTEN (POSTHUMOUS) is one of the most creative an innovative fashion designers of the latter part of

century. Whitten's name is rarely recognized outside the music business, yet
his clothing designs are known the world over. With each moon-walking step and hand gesture, Michael Jackson dis-
played the Whitten style. The single glove and ankle-high black pants, and white socks with loafers were all designed for
one purpose so the audience could pay attention to MJs hand and feet movements. Whitten dressed Elton John in
extravagant capes and electric boots. He put Stevie Wonder in African print caftans and took Neil Diamond out of flower
embroidered shirts and into bugle beads. His popularity seemed to grow not only among performers but their wives and
friends, and the fashion cognoscenti. Three of his most ardent clients were Cicely Tyson, Brenda Richie, wife of Lionel,
and Susan Fields, (of the Chicago retail empire, Marshall Fields). Whitten's most inventive decorations appear on tuxe-
dos. Scrolls of embroidery decorate the shoulders and pocket flaps, and peek around the vents of tuxedo jackets. Other
black wool tux jackets sport large shawl collars of matte black suede or slick black leather. The clothes invite touching.
From the sheer cotton voile pajamas and nubby chenille jackets to the fish skin boots that feel like leather. His other
clients included Lionel Richie, The Jacksons, Red Foxx, Richard Pryor, Liberace, Kenny Rogers, magicians Siegfried
and Roy and more. His award is being accepted by Fashion Designer Keith Holman
STELLA RUATA is one of the greatest fashion artist and seamstress of our time . She started out beading when she was 15
yrs old a craft she learned from her Mother Aurora Duenas a beader who worked at Metro Goldwyn Mayer Pictures beading in
the 1930's 40's beading costumes for Joan Crawford, Greta Garbo, and Judy Garland's ruby red slippers in the Wizard of Oz,
to name a few. Stella went to work with Helen Marler and a year and a half later then formed Artistic Hand Beading with Bes-
sie Nelson and opened up a tiny shop that only had room for two looms to bead the garments in Hollywood. Their 1st design
client was Ruthie West and they made 2 dress's for backup singers in Las Vegas. They met designer Bill Whitten while he
was working with Earth, Wind and Fire. and created beading for the group on top of Mr. Whitten's signature pleating they then
worked with designers Bob Mackie, Ret Turner, Tony Chase, Lea DCrenza, Bill Belew , Mr. Galanos and Keith Holman
among others. some of the clients such as, Michael Jackson, The Jacksons, Elizabeth Taylor, Nancy Regan, Diana Ross,
Dolly Parton, Luther Vandross, New Edition, Whitney Huston, Diane Carrol, Pattie LaBelle, Gladys Knight to name a few. and
beading for Los Angeles, Broadway and European, Canadian shows such as Sunset Blvd, Beauty and the Beast, Spamalot,
Ms. Saigon, The Producers to name a few Stella retired and the shop was closed in 2007.

Cherilyn Lee, a Holistic Health Practitioner, believes wholeheartedly in miracles and the power of healing. "I have suffered and

ENID SPANN (POSTHUMOUS) is an American designer and seamstress, she is the former wife of Jackson 5 member Sigmund Esco
Jackie Jackson. She designed costumes for the Jacksons for various tours and appearances. Enid was dedicated to her craft and devoted
to her children Siggy and Brandi Jackson. She always made time to help others and she had a smile that would light up a room. We honor
and salute her life and her legacy continues on through her children and others she has inspired to greatness.
GREG PHILLINGANES is an American keyboardist, based in Los Angeles, California. He is a graduate of Cass Technical High School in
Detroit. Phillinganes was discovered by Stevie Wonder, who heard a cassette of instrumental renditions of his own songs done by Phillin-
ganes.

Wonder recruited Phillinganes for his Wonderlove band, where Phillinganes stayed from 1976 to 1981 soon thereafter he released
his first solo album, Significant Gains. He scored a minor R&B hit with "Baby, I Do Love You". Three years later, he released his follow-up
album Pulse, which featured another minor hit (and perhaps his best-known solo hit), a cover of Yellow Magic Orchestra's song "Behind the
Mask" (with additional lyrics written by Michael Jackson). This single was much more successful on the dance music charts. When he later
joined Eric Clapton's backing band, Phillinganes introduced the tune to Clapton, who covered it on his 1986 August album. Amidst his solo
recordings and touring with Clapton throughout the 1980s and the early 1990s, he became well known as a prominent session musician for
a multitude of different artists, performing on many hit albums of the time, including Off The Wall His session work has continued into the
present.Greg has worked and toured with other musicians including the Bee Gees, Donna Summer,Anita Baker, George Benson, Eric Clap-
ton, Donald Fagen, Aretha Franklin, Patti LaBelle, and more. He was also the musical director for Michael Jackson's Bad and Danger-

member of Toto until the band broke up in 2008. When Toto reformed in 2010, Phillinganes was not part of the lineup. He served as the
musical director for 2 years with the Cirque du Soleil's Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour.

Life of celebrity designer Keith Holman had an unusual start. Born in Kansas City he moved with his military parents to Montana living near
Glacier National Park. Keith graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Business Management. After his graduation pursuit of his
real dream began; Keith moved to Los Angeles to become a fashion designer. While studying at the Los Angeles Trade and Technical College, he
met his mentor the late designer Bill Whitten.
With the help and support of Bill Whitten and his other mentors -- designer/beader Stella Ruata and her partner in Artistic Hand Beading,
Bessie Nelson, Warren R. Caton, owner of A1 Pleating and Belting) whom he met and worked with before studying at Trade Tech he reached
his goal rather quickly. Keiths career kick started as an assistant designer for Bill Whitten on numerous projects

The next natural step for Keith was to branch out and produce a clothing line, Holman Harper Designs, which was picked up by major retailers
and specialty boutiques including Macys, H. Lorenzo, Exclusive, Fred Siegel and others. Shortly after, Keith took his creativity to music,
television and movies. He designed clothing and wardrobe for more than two hundred music videos designed for special episodes of hit TV
shows, such as LA Law and Doogie Howser, M.D., for various award shows including the Grammys, Soul Train Music Awards, Academy Awards,
and American Music Awards. Keith served on the design team with Bill Whitten designing a series of THE FAMOUS CRYSTAL LOCH-ROSEN
GLOVES FOR MICHAEL JACKSON, including the Glove worn by MJ most famous Motown 25 performance. The team also designed the costumes
for the Jacksons including the iconic Beat It and Thriller Jackets that lit up the stage for the Victory Tour. Other tours Keith designed and or
worked on for include, Bad, Dangerous and History tours; Dolly Partons Treasures tour; New Editions Tours; Bobby Brown; Johnny Gill; Ralph
Tresvant; Barry White; L.S.G; Heavy D and the Boys, GUY ;Future tour; Boys to Men; Dru Hill; Cassandra Pierson Elvira Mistress of the Dark;
and the late Sam Kinison tour, the late George Howard,

Keith has worked with and designed for Lionel Richie, The Jackson's, Michael Jackson, Tito Jackson, Katherine Jackson, Bubbles The Chimp,
Dame Elizabeth Taylor, Miles Davis, Cicely Tyson, New Edition, GUY, Keith Sweat, Gerald and Sean Levert, L.S.G, Temptations, , Jermaine Dupre,
Dolly Parton, Patti Labelle, Mary Wilson, Diana Ross, Louil Silas, Don Cornelius, Little Richard, Otis Williams, Barry White, Heavy D, Jacqueline
Stallone, Kim Novak, Nicki and many more.

Wanting to strengthen and expand his talent and creativity into the interior/exterior design industry, Keith studied at Thomas Schoos Designs.
His unerring eye moved from the body to the home in the design of custom water features, indoor and outdoor furniture pieces, furniture
accessories and landscaping. The list of celebrities that have put their home decorating into Keiths capable hands includes Bernadette Peters,
Eddie and Nicole Murphy, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, Jamie and Steven Tisch, Tracey Bregman-Recht, Kim Novak, Mrs. John Huston, Will and
Jada Smith, and Countess Maria Cortez. During this time, he also began facilitating the sale of antiques and designing meditation gardens for his
top clients. Effortlessly moving between personal and commercial spaces, Keiths restaurant designs include Koi Restaurant in Las Vegas and Los
Angeles. Working alongside Icrave Design, Keith decorated and designed for casual elegance One Sunset on the Sunset Strip, STK Restaurant in
West Hollywood, Coco De Ville in West Hollywood and Boudoir West Hollywood.

During this time, Keith continued to create costume masterpieces for his celebrity clientele for events, premiers and their personal wardrobes.
Sought out for guest appearances, Keith has appeared on such shows as Entertainment Tonight, the Arsenio Hall Show and many more. He also
has been featured in articles in Ebony Man, GQ, Boston Globe, LA Times, The London Mail, and has been interviewed on radio and webisodes.

Keith is a 21
st
Century Renaissance man who continues to raise the bar in design. He has received several awards such as the coveted Gold
Thimble Award and the humanitarian NAACP Image Award for Black Designers, Humanitarian Award Kids Feeding The World, RSMA Legends
Award, and the 30th Anniversary Thriller Award. Keith donates his time and money to various charities and foundations. He organizes exhibits
such as 7 Decades in Hollywood featuring costumes from Michael Jackson to the Wizard of Oz archives to raise support, money for abused
women, children, men, and works in co-operation with the music and entertainment chapter of the City of Hope. Recently, he joined forces
with the William Holden Wildlife Foundation headed by Stephanie Powers, The Tom Bradley Family Source Center with the Sam Simon
Foundation which provides 40 tons of fresh vegan food to the Los Angeles Community each month, Bob Baker with The Bob Baker Puppet
Theater and the Center for Great Apes in Florida helping to raise awareness and funds for the primates care including the late Michael
Jacksons pet Bubbles the Chimp.

Believing that every area of focus he chooses positively impacts others, Keith continues to move deeper into television. He is adding film
documentaries and the creation and hosting of a new reality series to his list of credits. Additionally hes working on a new fragrance and a
coffee table book of designs (by Bill Whitten, Warren R. Caton and Keith Holman). Both of these projects will be showcases -- sought after by
clients worldwide.
