Project Participation Agreement

This Agreement is between American Councils Moldova, registered as AO ACTR-ACCELS,
and you, __________________________________________, governing your participation in
the EFL Blogging School for Regional Teachers Project.

This Agreement governs your past, present, and future contribution(s) to the Project.
Contributions include any original works of authorship, including any modifications or
additions to an existing work that you intentionally submit to American Councils Moldova in
furtherance of the Project. Contributions include, but are not limited to, any form of
electronic, verbal, or written communication sent to American Councils Moldova or its
employees for the purpose of discussing or achieving the goals of the Project.

American Councils Moldova hereby grants you permission to make contributions to the
Project and access Project-related resources reasonably related to your contributions.

By signing this Agreement, you agree to the following:

go through a three-stage instructional process: face-to-face trainings, online mentoring
(each participant will work independently online with a mentor) and independent
practice (the participants will conduct their own trainings to share from their
experience);
create a school or classroom blog in English, which will serve as online portfolio;
share from the experience acquired throughout the project at the closing event in
Chisinau;
collaborate with the English speaking mentors assigned by American Councils;
attend all face-to-face formal trainings;
attend/watch all virtual video-based sessions through Google Hangout or any other
platform suggested by project coordinators and trainers;
integrate the newly created blogs in daily teaching practice (by involving students,
parents, other teachers or school administration, by posting tasks and homework
online, by publishing student work etc.);
agree to submit the blog for final evaluation (by project coordinators, trainers, mentors
and other participants);
interact online and face-to-face with project coordinators, trainers, other participants
and mentors according to the project syllabus and timeline;
respect all project deadlines;
complete all project tasks;
conduct a training in the home region (a training for other 5-20 regional teachers and
educational experts) and share blogging outcomes with local colleagues;
participate in the project closing event organized in Chisinau;
organize a 25-45 min workshop to share from the experience acquired on the project.

I hereby agree to the terms of this Agreement.
