shown in the table that there are more teacher respondents in
public elementary schools who are already married, while in
private elementary schools most of the teachers are still
single.

shown in the table, majority of the teacher respondents in
public elementary school have a salary that fall within the
range of 21,000 to 25,000 with a total number of 60 and
percentage of 46.51%, while majority of the teacher respondents
in private elementary schools have a salary that fall within the
range of 5,000 to 10,000 with a total number of 21 percentage of
52.5%.

Table 2.1 shows the Evaluation on the Teaching Strategies
of the Respondents. As shown in the table it implies that the
respondents in public elementary schools bring variation in
teaching strategies to reach out the pupils learning, provide a
remedial teaching after class, and the teacher respondents
repeat instruction for clear understanding of the slow learners
with a weighted mean of 1.81 and a verbal interpretation of
strongly agree. On other hand private elementary schools
presents that the teacher integrates what they have acquired
from trainings on their lessons with a weighted mean of 1.25 and
a verbal interpretation of agree. The data manifest that the

teachers really try to incorporate the new information in their
teaching.
